I ordered a weed eater April 8th because it had an estimated delivery date of April 14th. It did not even ship until the 14th. I mean Seriously? What kind of messed up company doesn't even ship an order that has been paid for until the Expected delivery date?

could not be more disgusted with the complete lack of customer service that I have received today at 4950 Stage Rd. Memphis, TN. I was discriminated against today. I placed an online order and was told to expect delivery by Apr 11, it is now Apr 13 and my order was not filled or shipped. On 3/2/20, I purchased $7,983.09 worth of luxury vinyl flooring from the Home depot is Salem, OH. On 3/16 the came and tore up the entire upstairs, and went to lunch and never returned. Purchased 30 bags of potting soil online on 4/6/2020 and paid a $79.00 deliver fee for express, next day delivery. No delivery the next day or subsequent days. Online purchase of major, horrible experience. I went to purchase a major appliance. I applied for the Home Depot credit card and went to make the purchase. The order did not go through, so I called. I had a limit of $500 on the credit card & I was told to purchase a gift card to get the order to go through as I was unable to use another credit card since Home Depot doesn't allow two credit cards. On March 18 I made a purchase at the store in Simi Valley California. The items I purchased were scheduled for delivery for Tuesday March 24, or the latest Wednesday March 25. Late on the 25th, when it became clear that the delivery was not going to take place I called the store.
