I placed an online order. A week has passed and I cannot even find the order in my Home Depot account. Phoned the automated line with my order number. Says that a major portion of my order is back ordered! They haven't even notified me. Now I want to cancel as I am not willing to wait until G-d knows when to receive my order. I purchased a washer/ dryer, stove, and microwave from Hope Depot, after waiting for the man to come and install. They came to tell me the appliances do not fit. I went to the store in hopes for A SIMPLE EXCHANGE as the men didn't even open the boxes. Instead, they said that they cannot make exchanges on MAJOR APPLIANCES. They made ME THE CUSTOMER call Samsung to get an exchange with them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING MAJOR APPLIANCES HOME DEPOT.

Lied about delivering and installing my clothes dishwasher. The day of delivery company they use to deliver wouldn't come down my driveway, because of low hanging branches. Never has any large truck delivery service in almost twenty years I have lived in my home refused to come back to my house. Dangerously I had to two wheel the quarter mile driveway. Home Depot of Auburn, Ny has the worst customer service of any retail establishment I've ever been to. As a contractor spending thousands of dollars a month on materials, you would think we would receive at least a bare minimum level of customer service. Nevertheless, Liz and others at the Auburn Home Depot have failed to surprise me and my days of shopping there are done. Good luck to anyone who attempts to do business at this location.

Purchased office chairs to work from home from home depot which i received yesterday I.e april 15,2020 and when i received the order one if the chair is defective. I chose to have delivery of a purchase from the Home Depot on Shaw in Fresno, CA because I am of a C-19 vulnerable demographic and am reluctant to go, wait in line to pick up my order and maybe catch that virus. FREE delivery, although advertised, was not available even though the website claimed that I should have qualified based on the description (I spent over whatever is the $ amount required). Horrible customer service, brought me the wrong lawn mower both the manager and the delivery company were rude. It's as simple as apologizing for the mistake, but to tell me you don't understand why I'm frustrated. When I buy a lawn mower they take down the vin, tell me how you try to drop off a thing that looks like a golf cart that is not my vin number marked lawn mower. Good thing I was home.

The Home Depot in Wichita Falls, TX. My husband and I purchased granite counter tops in Jun 2019. It is now April 15, 2020. The delivery and installation was timely and professional. However, when the installers left, I ran my hand across the counter and it was very rough. I called HD and they sent the installers out again. One of them took a straight razor and scraped the top of the granite. Quite a bit of ? stuff came off and it did smooth out the texture a bit but not completely. On February 19, 2020, I ordered 4 doors to the tune of approximately $1,050.00. They were to come into the Fayetteville, NC store on April 5. On April 4, I try to cancel and policy says go to store. I drive 45 minutes to Fayetteville, waste half an hour in line with their customer support people, and I'm advised that they can't give me my money back and they proceed to explain their relationship with their suppliers, Jeld-Wen in this case, which has absolutely nothing to do with me.
