Home Depot is the best store for all my construction needs. The staff are very courteous and helpful, especially at the Lawrenceville Highway location. I was helped by Shequila. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She took care of my order and helped ease the checkout process. I'm glad to encounter people like Shequila whom help improve my shopping experience. I practically live in Home Depot and prefer to go their before ***** cause im a loyal customer because of Mgrs like Mohammid from the Bayshore store on L. I. Who helped me from beginning to end pulling my order cause I have COPD and shouldnt have even bern out. But he quickly helped me and got me out of the store which now im upset cause I was going to give a 10 star rating till I called up to pay my bill and talked to customer service. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Home Depot in Bluffton SC, I usually shop at Lowe's and this proof why! I will never buy an appliance or anything else of value from Home Depot again!!! We bought a stackable washer and dryer in February and we're told what day it would be delivered and the time was between 12:00-5:30, waited at home on the Saturday instead of doing my usual errands during that time , the delivery never happened... called the store at 5:00 to find out if there was a problem and the person in the applia... read more

And we love both the staff and the products but we feel that this is the only way we can reach out and be heard. Please read below. Thank you. Ordered 3 box of ten light bulbs each. Have received two and the third is on its way. The first box was a taped up box with an inventory stocking ticket in it, but only had 4 bulbs. The second box had 10 bulbs, but 6 were broken an unusable. When I posted a review on Home Depot's website stating this (exact words), my review was rejected with the claim that any mention of broken items was deemed to be a complaint about the shipping. Home Depot sent me a box that was less than half full. It's clear that they messed this up... read more

Their associates are lazy, no one answers phones, customer care makes promises they don't keep regarding damages, missing parts and refunds.

It is pathetic HOME DEPOT working along with ********!! I had a small balance paid $75 instead if the minimum $28. I paid 2 days late as that's when I get the time to sit and pay all my bills. After 2 employees and 2 managers all crying that they can't take off the $28 late fee bc that's Citibank rules and regulations instead of HOME DEPOT taking ownership I chose to close our account of years. They are making money off us like that breaking a compliance regulation. I will look at any of my other open accounts with ******** ... read more

My father who is 77 years old and understand very little English. went into the store in January and make a purchase with his commercial revolving charge card. Cashier told him that his card was old and needs a new one which will give him $25 off which somehow signed up a new revolving card. I am the Son, Today we received a call from credit of a late payment which we was not aware off, father always thought the charge goes to his original commercial revolving charge card. Home Depot Customer Care is useless. We recently updated our kitchen with HOME DEPOT. What a mess. We have been going through **** since we started. The 1st demo team came in and smashed out tile, cabinet doors, etc. However, they covered up nothing. A brand new stove a new dishwasher new flooring range hood.
