Appalling on all fronts. I ordered 12 coral petunias from Home Depot online. I only received 6 and they were red. When I contacted them when they arrived they said they had to talk to the grower, and they couldn't because it was Sunday, so I texted again on Monday (twice). This time around I was eventually told that Home Depot could do nothing and that I had to wait until an "investigation" was carried out by the grower before anything could be done. I've purchased over $1,000 worth of Rigid cordless tools in the last five month. The drill started give me problems so I took it to the store as they advertise lifetime warranty. They said you can only return up to 90 days. Said I needed to take to tool rental and pay for diagnostic service fee, I had my receipts of the purchase but I guess they have a different understanding of what lifetime warranty means. If I could give Home Depot (HD) of Tamarak Village, Woodbury, MN as well as the Corperate team of HD a lower rating, I would! However, I can PROMISE that I nor anyone one I have told this story to will NEVER step foot in any Home Depots or affiliated companies ever again! All I ordered was standard carpet to be installed in a standard, square townhome including 2 rooms, hallway, and steps. The old carpet had already been removed by me. I always shop at Home Depot. The local stores are great! But their online purchases really fall short in customer service. I placed an appliance order on March 24thproduct was listed as "in stock". Delivery date was April 13th. Home Depot charged my credit card immediately. Nine days later I get a call from GE delivery service. My order is now backordered until June 24th a mere 72 days later than they told me when I placed the order 92 days total). I had windows instalation in may 2019, by The Home Depot they came and did the instalation but the guy who did the instalation Jim, and his team of work did some damage on my house they broke a security camera, broke my brand new shutters, they scratched from outside, scratch my floor, they didn't secure the windows property they Left some bolts are at half way they left alot glass broken on my main entrance and drive way, i contacted, The Home Depot and told them the whole story, they put me on the phone with Jim, he said h... read more

I placed an online order for a grill and upon pickup found I was charged $100 more than the online price. When asking the customer service associate about the difference I was advised they do not price match other Home Depot stores or Online prices. In shock I asked why a store 30 miles away would be $100 cheaper. I was advised that this could be to newer stock at their store. They would not put the New Washer ( same as old) on the existing pedestal. Same pedestal as under dryer. Both pedestals came from Home Depot. Being my wife and I are both in our Seventies having the washer on the floor will not work. Called store several timesno help. E-mails are not responded too. They did not take the old dryer as paid-forwould not leave base. Not very good service for seniors or customers in general. *** ** ***** ** XXXXX ** ********** Lane ****** *** XXXXX
