The worst delivery company ever!!!!!!! I wish i could've given them a 0! where do I begin.. 1. They canceled my first scheduled delivery date because of trucking issues 2. They resheduled the appointment, The deliver guy rings my doorbell. My husband goes to open the door for them. A gentleman comes up to my apartment with my husband. The shipping department is a joke. Ordered a Milwaukee impact a week ago still says processing and customer service has been as helpful as a screen door on a submarine

I purchased 2 squares of shingles and paid for delivery. A delivery guy showed up but had no shingles. He said one of the other drivers must have gotten them. They never arrived. I called Home Depot 7 times only to be put on hold and then hung up on. One of those times I waited 20 minutes until someone answered but never said anything. I could hear people chatting and milling about - I kept yelling "hello" for another 15 minutes when someone picked up the phone & hung up. I finally got thru on CHAT. I ordered a John Deere tractor from Home Depot earlier in March 2020. On March 14th, Home Depot charged my credit card and noted the item had been shipped with an expected delivery by March 30. Never received a call or an email follow-up until 3/31 when Home Depot wanted me to review the product that was not received. I called Home Depot Customer support on the morning of 3/31, was placed on hold multiple times and spent well over an hour on the phone. ******** I sent in a large pay off check which was bank certified and they cashed it on March 23rd 2020 and it still is not credited to my account and also had the bank fax a copy of the cashed check to home depot and called numerous times and no fing answers all I get is you will have to wait.So I feel as someone stoked my money. This a bunch of b.s..

I placed an order online on March 21st with Home Depot for a freezer. It was listed as "in stock," and I was provided a delivery date of March 31, 2020. Per email confirmation, I would be contacted the day before delivery and provided a delivery window. Today is the day before delivery and I received an automated call telling me that the delivery has been rescheduled for June 26th due to a backorder. PRICE GOUGING!!!! Charged $14.98 for a tray of grass plugs the size of one grass square. This is outreageous!

Well, this is what we got when we bought our new appliances folks. The underneath portion of our kitchen sink is ruined. First of all we bought a fridge, stove, and a dishwasher as it was a bundle special they were running at their Fuquay location. Home Depots people that were sent to our home removed all 3 appliances. Unbeknownst to us they were not supposed to touch our dishwasher. A plumber was to come take the old one and install the new one. Next time you need new appliances, think again before ordering from Home Depot. I had a delivery of a refrigerator and microwave range scheduled for today between 7am-11am. In addition to drop off, an extra fee was paid for install of the water line for the fridge. (The range was solely a drop off). I set aside my morning, ensuring I planned my meetings around their convenience. I pulled everything out of my broken fridge (which you can imagine is a large amount of food given the quarantine).
