Not a happy costumer for Home Depot. I've bought Front load Samsung washer and I'm having issues with it. Now Home Depot wants 15% cost of the appliances return in order for them to take it back. There's no such thing as if your not satisfied with your product you'll get your money back! 😡ðŸ˜

Home Depot is a joke .. I had an issue over a month ago I called and email them numerous times .. And nobody could even respond back to me..

I refuse to buy anything else from Home Depot until they change delivery services. Forward Air was supposed to deliver our refrigerator on Friday. Someone from the local office called and told us that their truck broke down. They would send someone out on Monday and I just said okay because I know things happen. I had a terrible experience buying a washer and dryer online. First, i asked for help Stating i did not want a high efficiency washer but rather a traditional one. As a result, i ordered the wrong product. The products were delivered and when i tried to reach home depot to discuss ( also the dryer never worked right), i was consistency transferred to the whirlpool corporation and i could never discuss directly with home depot. DO NOT USE THEM FOR APPLIANCE INSTALLATION. They use a huge subcontractor who does NOT use licensed plumbers or technicians--and Home Depot will foist you off on this subcontractor if you have a problem. We had a dishwasher installed 2 days before going out of town. The installer mis-installed the dishwasher, disconnected the hose to our water filter leak detector, which then leaked undetected for 10 days while we were out of town, and (to add insult to injury) spilled the lemonade we gave him on the floor in the front hall ... read more

Subject: Inadequate training of associates in rental department Contract #XXXXXX On February 2 of this year, I rented from your Yucca Valley store a Makita Roto Hammer, SDS Max 4" diameter core bit with a 17" attached shaft, and SDS Max ground rod driver (10" long). No more shopping at this Home Depot anymore for myself or our company. The customer service is not even worth putting into words. It is sad that Home Depot allows its employees to act and treat customers how ever they want without taking steps to correct poor customer service.

Received Broken Electric Fireplace- Home Decorators Collection, spoke with 4 customer service reps with no resolution. Still have crushed fireplace and no order for new one due to fact the will not honor first offer to discount with free shipping new unit. I will be in the hole as I will have to pay someone again to move to 3rd floor. Their promise to renew a two-day expired Behr paint rebate debit card was impossible to do with the phone numbers provided by Home Depot. Calling Behr only gave me another promise to renew the card with another automated and unworkable number. Two weeks later, still no luck. Unappreciated behavior after paying full price for their Behr Premium Stain with a worthless renewable rebate promise.
