I had ordered blinds material and installation for my house through Home Depot. Order # HXXXX -XXXXX . The process started on Dec 23rd and I got the customized blinds order promised to deliver on 15- Jan 2020. I got the couple of times text message stating - it was delayed and final message got delivered mentioning the order will be ready to pick up on 21st of Jan 2020. A customer put his dog on the diaper changing table in the bathroom. There were no wipes or anything to clean the table had my husband needed to change our baby. There's also not a sign posted that states dogs are allowed on the table to warn parents who have small children that are sensitive or allergic to dog fur (had the dog shed a few hairs).

Been waiting since I ordered my kitchen cabinets Oct 24, 2019. There were 4 cabinets on back order, so waited the following week to get them mid December. One base corner was dinged, 1 completely wrong and 1 correct. I was told this was put on the priority list, than later found out the factory was shut down for 3 weeks for Christmas. I recently moved to Chandler, AZ and for the past week I probably visited this Home Depot location over 20 times and spent over $5,000.00. Purchased a Washer and Dryer 01/22/20 and today was supposed to be delivered. Received a phone call first thing in the morning and they informed me that they were at my house for delivery. Pricing displayed above 4' tables was ambiguous. $19.99 Was for chairs but photo of $39.99 table was there too. I discussed this with manager on duty who did nothing to resolve or state she would resolve it. I have photo documenting signage
I paid in full for a counter top installation (over 2k) only to be told after the measurements that the installer does not do plumbing (I was charged $350 for this and paid $340 for a new sink) and they do not remove existing counters free of charge (another $600 charge they added afterwards.). I was also told by Home Depot they would do this free of charge when I paid in full. They refused any veteran's discount even though I provided my VA Identification card. We purchased our appliances from Home Depot on Black Friday. We had never purchased LG, but the appliance salesperson said that they were absolutely the best in terms of quality, customer service, etc. It took the appliances two months to arrive, and delivery was a customer service nightmare. It took 3 tries with 3 different Home Depot workers at the Highlands Ranch store in Littleton Colorado to find out some information about ledger stone, or stack stone. The first two workers were clueless and rude, and the third was just unfriendly. Finally, I found a great person in the Paint department, Dale, who knew about the product and answered my questions in less than five minutes. No one should have to put up with the barriers of negative people when they are trying to buy a product from a store. KB

Tried to get an estimate on vinyl flooring. They didn't know what a pine subfloor was and we're not relatable to speak to. Kept telling me to just put in carpet. My house is over 110 yrs old, she told me they don't have subfloors like that. Then transferred me with out any warning a woman answers the phone yelling flooring over and over. Then she proceeded to be rude to me because I was confused, that she didn't know what I was calling about. Very unprofessional, won't be using their services!
