The absolute lack of coordination/control over the appliance delivery service (Forward Air) which seemingly refuses to do the job it was hired to do combined with the abysmal online ordering support and horrible call system made my appliance purchase an absolute nightmare. They do NOT deserve their A+ rating. I purchased an electric dryer on 12/28 and it was originally scheduled for delivery on 1/15. Sold me a defective Frigidaire range, and refused to take it back and refund my money after Frigidaire service could not fix it. 2 weeks old. Management didn't care, wouldn't even consider making it right.

Home Depot website pick up in store option sucks. I ordered an item online to pick up at the nearest store, after an hour past I received a call saying that they didn't have this item at this location and offered me store credit or return the item that they never had for a refund that will take 3 to 5 business days for me to get back for an item that the store never had in stock. I feel like I just loaned Home Depot 300 plus dollars for the weekend.

Don't ever get a credit card from here. They will re run your credit to increase your limit probably to meet goals in their stores. My account was hit by another hard inquiry and they asked if I had been in their store recently. I have not been to Home Depot in over a year. No one returns my messages and no one got back to me after investigation. I want to know exactly when I was in the store and exactly why you ran my credit? We are on our 6th attempt at delivery of an LG washer and sidekick pedestal mini-washer that we purchased on Black Friday from The Home Depot. Washer and pedestal need to be installed together. On original delivery Dec. 23rd, the washer was severely damaged so we sent the truck away with both the washer and the pedestal and reschedule of delivery. Terrible delivery scheduling. No showed. Rescheduled a week from original date. Got a refund. I will never spend another dime at The Home Depot.

I had been a Home Depot customer for over 10 years. I recently had a credit line with Home Depot of $7500.00. I paid the balanced owed in full on 4/18/2019. In November 2019, I received a letter from Citibank, who is the company that services the Home Depot credit cards, that stated my Home Depot line of credit was be decreased from $7500.00 to $500.00. The reason I was given by Citibank was due to some of my credit cards had balances were close to their credit limits. At the time my line of credit was decreased my balanced ... read more

Lies & Misinformation! The sales representative that sold the whirlpool set stated an showed that a factory ice maker can be installed with this set. Everything was paid for on 12/5/2019 with delivery an installation date on 12/13/2019. Sadly upon arrival the refrigerator did not have a factory ice maker! Home Depot stated they would have the delivery company come out to get the refrigerator, refund the money an then have it installed. It's been a month now with 3 visits to Home Depot countless calls with the same run around... read more

Customer Service is terrible! I keep calling Dajuana ********* and she never answers her phone and never returns my calls and I asked if I could speak to her Supervisor, and she stated she would have Georgette return my call. Of course none of them will give you the phone number or the last name of their Supervisor and of course her Supervisor did not call me back nor does the 3rd party contractor, Sedgwick, who is supposedly "handling" the claim for damages which is laughable because I've been handling my own claim with th... read more
