Been with home depot credit card since 2007.Never been late during coranavirus bill was due April20,2020 paid the bill onApril 27,2020. Received a letter in the mail today May 4,2020 telling me my credit decreased from $4,000 to $500 wow!!! I've been loyal to this company 13 years never a past due payment and this how you guys treat a good customer. I close my account immediately.Hate relationship ended this way like the stores. These guys have no loyalty to there customers.

I recently ordered a Washer and Dryer on April 16th and the delivery was scheduled on April 23rd. The delivery guys showed up with the right washer and dryer and then said the dryer has the wrong cord. So could not install the appliance and asked me get the outlet fixed so that they can fix the correct cord!! So i called Home Depot and they said the delivery guys should have just changed the cord and fixed into the outlet. I signed up for text alerts when I placed an order online. Since we're on quarantine, I was guaranteed to be home when it was delivered. No text alert, no notification that the product was even shipped. It's been over 3 weeks and it still has not arrived (although the automated robot tells me that it was delivered when I called). The Glendora, CA Home Depot has the WORST customer service! On April 25th I purchased a tv stand and had it delivered to my home. The product was delivered 5 days before the scheduled drop off (5/2/20) and it was delivered damaged. When I called the Glendora Home Depot the woman on the phone said I had to bring it in to return it and that it was going to be return only, no exchange. I could not agree more with the reviews already provided regarding online / curb side pick up if you experience an issue or hiccup. One of the products I ordered and paid for already was only partial (half the bag) when delivered to my car for curb side pick up. The associate advised that it was the last one, that I take it home, call the 800# and work it out with them (otherwise I'd have to get in the line of 40+ people to return that one item in store). We were in the Bend Or, Home Depot on April 30th. There was one long line for checking out. While we were in line there there was no social distancing buy customers and workers. As they were trying to push us through to checkout they had an employe scanning items in customers carts so all you had to do was pay at the register. While he was scanning he didn't wear a mask, he didn't wear gloves, he handled everything in the cart and he was within a foot or two us and other customers. Their delivery service sucks! I went to my local home depot to buy a refrigerator. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock and told me it would take 12 days to order it and have it delivered. I went to another Home Depot and they told me it would take a week so I bought it there. The morning it was to be delivered they called and said it would have to be delivered the next day and someone would call back to set up a time. Placed order online on Tuesday, paid for delivery, scheduled for Friday. Friday the Home Depot site had order out for delivery. Friday came and went, no Delivery, no communication from HD. I am on hold for 40 minutes trying to cancel the order.

Ordered a very expensive gazebo. I was mildly irritated when they dropped it in the middle of my driveway a week late, without notice and so late I didnt even know until I had to go to work in the morning. Had to Uber because they blocked my car in the garage. Angry I paid someone to help me put it together just to find out they didnt deliver the right product (like, not even close).
