I am writing to file a complaint about the 'customer service' or lack thereof I received yesterday at the Home Depot Olive Branch store # 8469 location. Ordered a King 8" Drillpress online. I got an email conformation saying it was delivered, but it wasn't delivered to my address. I got a phone call from a neighbour saying my drillpress was delivered to their property, and that the delivery person tossed the box over their fence and it landed in some plants damaging them and some other associated landscaping. Ordered a Chest freezer that was advertised to be delivered Thursday, May 14th, On the morning of Thursday I get an email saying it has been delayed for 2 MONTHS until July 15th!! Not doing business with Home Depot again.

March 31, 2020 I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator at Home Depot, the refrigerator was delivered on April 9 and the person who made the delivery said that we should wait 3 days for it to cool down well, but I kept waiting for one more day and it didn't cool down. Extremely disappointed in Home Depot and the way they handled this situation... I ordered some vinyl plank floors on May 9th 2020 for $0.04 a sq ft. I was a Home Depot customer for over 30 years and I have come to my wits end. Let me explain. First, I enrolled with there credit card. I charged something for $39 and paid via the on-line process. After several weeks, I got messages saying my account is delinquent. I called and said I paid for this. They said ok, they will check into it. I purchased a gas stove, which had a huge discount and it was to be delivered on a Tuesday and I did not received, but got it on Wednesday. No big deal. However, when I received the stove, I saw a dent on the front of the stove as well as numerous scratches on the bottom ten inches of the right side of the stove. Been over a week and no response from them on any platform about an order I had cancelled I think. BEWARE! We ordered flooring to be replaced at the Panama City Beach, FL Home Depot and it was a disaster from the beginning! First off, they told me that the tile would have to be removed in order to install a floating wood floor and charged me $4,700 for the removal. Only to find out that wasn't necessary and in order to match the bedroom floors we had to build the floor back up with OSB to the height it was with the tile. Which cost us a lot more money.
