Ordered the microwave online and was told it would be available for pickup the following day. When I called to see when I could pick up the item they told me they did not have it and did not know when it would be coming in. I then called customer service and waited on hold for over 15 minutes just to be told all they could do was refund me and I could reorder it again with the possibility of the same thing happening. Very bad business
We ordered an oven from Homedepot and the driver of the truck who came to deliver the oven hit the electrical wire connected from pole to pole and dropped a live wire on our driveway not allowing us to leave the property. On top of that the oven came defective. We spent over 5 hrs on the phone trying to get a new one. We talked to Parker from GE appliances about getting one expedited since my girlfriend just bought 300$ worth of food thinking the oven would be here. Purchase fencing from home depot and the fencing panels were all damaged. Waited 3 weeks for my merchandise and can't get a refund til they come pick up the old order that I have to wait almost 2 week for them to do that. Really disappointed with the quality of the supplies and can't understand why they shipped it to me in the condition it was in, it was a waste of mine and their time and my money. I always go to home depot now I don't know if I can trust them.

I purchased this item on 4/28/20 feom your store, expecting a call from Genie Garage Door to call to setup installation since the opener was scheduled to arrive at my home on 5/12/20. The opener arrived on 5/12, I heard nothing from Genie. After several calls to Home Depot online order customer service and calls to a store, I spoke with someone who found my order and emailed Genie on 5/15/20. I think they are terrible. I ordered wallpaper, they stated it would be at my house on the 13th and it never arrived. I called 5 times, with a wait of 45-65 mins, to be told it was the vendor fault. I call vendor and they never received it. Called Home Depot again and said they same thing and stated they would take off 15% for the wait. That night I received an email that they cancelled my order! I will never go there again.

I placed an online order at 10:30am on 5/19/2020. As of 6pm on 5/20/2020 there has been no update as to what is happening with my order. I've tried calling repeatedly for updates, there has been: 1). No answer at the store itself (6630 Tecumseh Rd East, Windsor, Ontario Canada) 2). I waited 8 hours for a telephone call from the help line () 3). I was told by the associate on the line that she "can't help me" because she "can't contact the store" and was then hung up on. This is poor business.
Home Depot Store# 4014 - located in Troutdale, Oregon is by far, the worst ran and managed Home Depot location in the entire Pacific NW. The COVID-19 "Pandemic" has only highlighted this store location's sub standard customer service, incompetent management, and complete disregard for the small businesses, contractors, and "Pro" Account holders that make their "essential retail" operation possible.
