We purchased a refrigerator under the warranty cover for 5 years at Home Depot. Since we got the appliance I had file 6 claims already for the same issue. Repair service for appliances very very poor. Bought a display model washer & dryer. Delivered End of March. I'm returning both back to the store. Service people ordered the wrong part that is missing & broken. The dryer no longer heats after 45 days. Guy told me it's not covered under warranty. BUNCH OF BS. This is brand new. I'm awaiting a delivery. Yesterday over 1 hour wait on phone to talk to representative. It showed as delivered which is why I called. Home Depot said on its way and they had several deliveries in my area and they would call 1/2 hour before. Even tho curbside delivery specifies they will call 4 hours before to set up delivery window. showed as delivered - which is why I called. As it wasn't. So nope! Home Depot hires third-party vendors that are questionable. For example "***** ****". This is an AC company that are scammers. My AC is only 3 years old and the third party company recommended by HomeDepot went out of business and sold their Contacts to *******. They are another scam AC business. HomeDepot refuses to do anything about my AC which started to leak in year 2. They stated they are not responsible. I gave them so much of my business. This will be the Last! Goodbye HomeDepot!

How can you run a sale with NO PRODUCT? Placed an order for 4 appliance package at Home Depot Vero Beach, Fl. On April 28th. Was told delivery would be May 27th. On the evening of May 26th received phone call from HD saying delivery would be delayed until June 9th, and possibly June 14th. Ordered a new refrigerator on *** 17, 2020 to be delivered on *** 28, 2020. Get a call on the 27th from the delivery driver that he will not be able to deliver it since Home Depot didn't send it to him. The day of the delivery I see the website has been updated with a delivery date of July 29, 2020 over a month and a half after I ordered it. I will never order a major appliance from the Home Depot again! This was the Georgetown Texas store.

Homedepot.com has poor customer service. The only method of contact is a phone with at least 45 minutes on hold. And after two 1 hour calls to homedepot.com customer service, my issue still is not resolved. Absolutely no response from homedepot.com customer service. I had the Home Depot provide a quote for a kitchen refacing back in February of this year. I had the final measurements for the cabinets and the countertop measurement completed. I placed an order through the Home Depot app. Fourteen 2x4's and four sheets of plywood. All was listed in stock. Two days later the order was still "In Process".
