Y'all need Customer services Training. Most HomeDepot workers have bad customer service. And Unwilling to Help one of the employee even told me if I didn't like it go to another HomeDepot. Online pick up orders is almost never on Time. And then when I called to see if my Order was done the next day they told me No. That my best bet was to go to the Store and pick out the Items myself.

I placed an order for a product and ended up having to cancel the order and reorder. The original order, which I needed to cancel, took me three days of calling the CS line to get through. They issued an RA and then they still shipped the order!!!! I had the local store pick it up when they delivered the other order. That was 3 WEEKS ago. I spent 7 hours trying to get ahold of CS this week, eventually got the call back and then was on hold for another hour while the agent tried to escalate processing the refund. Purchased an item from Home Depot that was supposedly shipped to me on May 28, 2020. At the time of this review (May 5, 2020) I still have not received it! I called numerous 1-800 Home depot numbers and no one answers the phones. The store on Bank Street in Ottawa refuses to help since it was an online order. It was an expensive item for me to buy. But, I've decided to just forget about and write the amount of to my stupidity for putting my faith in Home Depot to provide the product.

I bought all the appliances for my kitchen over $4000. They dropped off the stuff the guys hooked everything up but the dishwasher. they had a company that would not answer their phone after I missed their call once supposedly hooking that up. Still sitting in my living room after a week. Now I have to go to the store to talk to someone since they hung up on me twice.Worst service ever.

It's disheartening that the staff and management at the Home Depot in Madison does very little to prevent the spread of COVID 19. Yesterday, a cashier, who was not wearing a mask, approached within 3 feet of me. I've been trying to avoid spreading and getting the virus, and shutting down the economy again. The cashier did not appear to understand the importance of this. I talked to the manager, who was not wearing a mask and walked right up to me. They don't get it. Home Depot does not even answer calls these days, so if you have a problem with a shipment....too bad you're in your own! All you get from here is the same computer generated reply...if you try the number they give, still you get nobody to help you. The word need to spread....stay away from Home Depot online!

I wanted to buy an entry door and storm door on May 21, at the North Lincoln, NE Home Depot store. I was told I needed to have a "Measurement" first. I filled out the paperwork the sales person told me someone will call to set up the measurement. A week passed with no calls, so i called and asked where I was in the process? Ordered a product from HD supposedly with a 3 day delivery. Each day they moved the delivery day out another day. Now a week later it still is not here. Tried to call customer service which is impossible to talk to a live person. Call waiting time was 45 minutes. An hour later it was still 45 minutes wait. I could have ordered the same product on **** or ****** and avoided them altogether. That's exactly what I intend to do in the future. I have since lost my customer as as a result of their incompetence. Now I gotta return ... read more

I placed an order online April 14th 2020. It's now June 4th 2020. I was billed for it but did not receive all parts of the order. I have contacted them and was hung up on twice - once on their main line with some platitude about having a high call volume, then the line hung up. The next at my local store, who told me to contact the main line then hung up while I was mid-sentence. No email is provided. Terrible.
