Say order will be delivered in a few days. Then they don't bother to give to shipping for a week. This has been a recurring problem from the Home Depot.

Poor online customer service. Wait time was over 1 hour and no one was able to give me accurate answers on my order and delivery. They canceled my order without giving me any notice. Delivery dates changed without my consent. Was transferred to many people since no one could figure out the status of my order. Will never order from Home Depot again.

Home Depot is fine if you're buying something simple in store, but be very wary if you decide to get something shipped to store. Placed an order to send a washer to my store on May 18. Arrived in Westfield, MA on June 1 only to get stuck there for almost two weeks when my item was supposed to be at my target store on June 8. I have spent so much money at the Home Depot, for personal purchases and for the company I am employed with. Two days ago, at 8pm (right as they closed), I purchased a $350 water pump for a job site. I placed an online order May 6 2020 for a patio couch. Every time I checked on it they informed me that I had the wrong information. Finally on May 24 I talked to someone in the head office in Toronto. This was after being put on hold 3 different times for over an hour. They verified my information and cancelled the order. Employees were not wearing masks (june 9th, 2020), some had them hanging around their neck, customers didn't have masks on. I felt very unsafe in the store.

Purchased LG refrigerator 2 years ago from Home Depot quit working can't get any service from LG
I've never had a good experience with them in terms of ordering large items for delivery. They NEVER deliver on time, always postponed LAST minute, and when they come they're typically damaged. Twice now I've ended up requesting money hack and purchasing from another store - and getting a refund is also a production. I gave them a second chance, and can officially say I will not be shopping with them any longer.

I used to love Home Depot until we had to order a few things for delivery. Our first delivery order we were missing the saw horses and it still says they are scheduled for delivery in May and it's now June 10th. We ordered another separate order and 1 of the 2 items was not delivered again.
