Worst Customer Service Experience Experience Ever! My wife and I worked with Steve at the Burnsville, Mn store to order new vanities and cabinets for all three bathrooms in our home. Steve was impatient and didn't listen well, constantly interrupted. absolutely horrible. I have waited months for a fence it comes completely shattered and broken. Employees tell me im basically out a fence. No one answers phone. I keep getting sent to other people. Not to mention we own a company that does year round buisness with home depot!! We are out sourcing and going else where. Completely unacceptable!! Should be ashamed!!

I will never purchase from Home Depot again. I have been waiting 5 days for a toilet/install. Toilet was supposed to arrive Friday and install Saturday. I called Home Depot 13 times on Friday after realizing the tracking number they provided was bogus and went to a website that didn't even exist. I placed a large online order that will be shipped in six phases. When I placed the order, I was unable to login due to system error so the order is not associated with my account. I asked a CSR if I could later associate the order with my account and she said no. When I placed the order, it switched the name of the city to a place that does not exist. Flowery Branch Home Depot has very bad customer support. The online order part of home depot was also very bad. I tried to include a pallet of cement on a home delivery of lumber and home depot online would not cooperate. I placed an online order for rubber mulch on May 16. It was supposed to be delivered on June2. Never heard another word about it. I called customer service on June 2 and after I was on hold for 70 minutes I was told it was in Backorder and no estimate for deliver but I could call the vendor directly. I got a recorded message on Friday evening that my generator would be delivered on Saturday and would receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivering. Saturday I got a text@10:45 that my order was delivered at 8:07. Long story short my order wasn't delivered and Home Depot had no clue. Never us them again!

The Home Depot refused to accept return for store credit even if their official website clearly indicates they accept non-receipt returns. My friends bought 5 items from Home Depot and gave them to me as wedding gifts. They did not give me receipts; I feel awkward to ask for receipts from them. I found that I don't need these items at all and would like to return them. The Home Depot website return policy says that they accept non-receipt returns for store credit. I called in the the store for assistance with a promo code so i can purchase the deal of the day (Dyson Ball Slim) the representative that called me proceeded to tell me that her manager has given orders NOT to assist with this issue, she told me my only option was to provide my number and she can "try" to get back to be after hours.
