Placed order on May 8 for patio table & chairs. We were to receive it by May 28 Called and store could not ship. Customer service said they would ship a different set with a discount and free shipping, by June 4. Called on day of delivery and they said the shipper did not have the tracking number and they would have to check on it. Where do I begin. Ordered material for a project and spent over 2k but once it's ordered you're on your own. Took weeks to process the "garden soil" order only for them to have sourced it to a local supplier who doesn't even have garden soil. When you call customer service at minimum you're on hold for 45 minutes. The first time I called the associate must have muted me but I was able to hear her wonderful conversation about her sex life and how her man is cheating on her and how she was going to fight the woman. They offer the curveside pick up but I had to wait 20 minutes at the curveside designated parking spot until I realized nobody was bringing out my merchandise. So I had to get in the store and picked up myself. I complained to the customer service clerk but she just played dumb no responding to me. I guess she is so used to it by now... The worst shopping experience for me.

I order something May 11th, and still have not received it, I was initially told it would arrive May 16th, then when it didn't arrive and after a total of 8 hours waiting on the phone trying to get a hold of someone, they told me my new scheduled day was May 26th. Giving them a one star because I won't be able to write this review without putting something. If it were up to me I wouldn't give them any stars or any of you money. We spent $1,500 on fencing (panels, concrete, posts and so on) back on May 2nd. We placed an order online the first week of June and received an email on Friday June 5th that the items were ready for pickup and would be available until Friday, June 12th. On Monday, June 8th just after 1:00 p.m. we went to the store to pickup the items at the customer service desk, as instructed in the email. May 17, 2020 my dryer was getting delivered after a week with no dryer. Paid for hookup to the gas and haul away for my old dryer. Delivery people Came in and told me they couldn't do it. Closet door was in the way and washer was in the way of the gas hook up. So they proceeded to take my new dryer and leave. They were in my home literally 5 min and they were very impatient and it was clear they couldn't wait to leave. Poorest service I've encountered in a long time. Spent 1600.00 est. for insulation and 24hr use of the atticat machine. Well got home didn't have the coupling to hook the hose to the machine. Called the store and waited 30 plus min on phone to see if they could find it. Nope. No coupling. Told only option was to bring it back, get a refund and good luck. Our opinion is SHOP LOWE'S!! Never ever will we purchased any appliance (or anything else) from Home Depot. Our experience is a nightmare and on going for what will be almost an entire month and we still have not been provided with working appliances. Appliances delivered did not work/were broken and we contacted them within 24 hours (their policy gives you 48 hours so we we were well within the window).
