They have the worst customer service. This company does NOT care about their customer at all. I have been on hold 45 minutes to their stupid chatter nearly going insane. Nothing you could buy there would be worth their treatment of you. I have an on-line 43.00 purchase that is about a 2 months old of a dog door. It doesn't fit and I need to return. Ordered a refrigerator and microwave. Delivery guys show up and I know this because their office calls me and says they cannot make it down my driveway. I walk up to the end of the driveway, and tell the guys that a moving van was just down the driveway, much bigger than their truck a month ago. On May 31 2020, I made my first ever purchase, online, from Home Depot. It will be my last. Worst experience ever. I purchased porch railing that was supposed to go to Bloomsburg PA. As a rule, I really like Home Depot and until the covid19 I went there often. Since the stay at home order I have purchased multiple times online. Today I went into the store. I had a mask and gloves on and I noticed most of the customers were wearing masks and trying to practice social distancing. The store employees were not! I only saw 1 worker with a mask. I purchased a sliding glass door for my home last year. The installers were EXTREMELY unprofessional, damaged my blinds and a statue, did not complete the job correctly and had to come out to fix my screen door three times and it still does not close completely, so much so that a lizard was able to get into my home through the gap in the door. I am a Home Depot cardholder and I shop at home depot at least once per week. I love this store. However, Home Depot should be ashamed of themselves for continuing to sell Samsung Refrigerators on their floors. I paid close to $4000 (which included a 5-year warranty) for a 27.9 cu. ft. Family Hub 4-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator in Stainless Steel with FlexZone Model: rf22n9781sr from this store and it only worked 3 months before the ice maker stopped working. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. It started out as an online curbside pickup order done on 5/28/2020. Now 3 fulls days ago. 4 if you consider they don't do curbside pickup after 6PM. We kept waiting for confirmation to come and get it. The online site did say they were experiencing delays. Fine.
