I purchased a freezer in person that was to be relieved to my home 5/23. The purchase was completed on 5/14 I went back on 5/16 because I had a trucked and just wanted to take it home come to find out they double sold my freezer. I tried to use their online ordering but it did not work. I called the store and one of their employees took my order. Money came straight off my credit card. Waited for an email receipt. Did not come. I call the store the next day and they took my number and said they would call back. They did not. Very bad customer service. When into HD location in Somerset Mass with my wife to purchase several items my wife just had a simple question the young man very rudely said can't you see i,m with a customer you wait . Home depot is unable to fulfill commitments on carpet installations. Ordered carpet in March 2020. Store in Crystal Lake Il commits to an install date, takes payment and then never installs. Customer service at the store says the carpet department will call you back and they never do. 2 months later still no carpet. Store will not respond.

I ordered a stove on May 7, 2020. I waited until May 22 to have it delivered. The delivery driver called me 5 minutes before arriving to tell me he couldn't deliver the stove and cancelled. I called back to reschedule and I was told they were closed. I called again the next day, was put on hold for 45 minutes and forgotten about. I called back a second time and was put on hold for 25 minutes and forgotten about. Used my debit card to buy a can of paint. I look at my phone and they texted me. Somehow, these ****** got my information without my consent and now try to send me unsolicited advertisements and messages. Emailed them asking how and why and what do I do to stop this. Never heard back.

My husband and I ordered wood for our deck and paid to have it delivered to our home on May 16, 2020. Four of the boards were delivered that day but we are still missing 24 boards. I called Home Depot and they said, "Yeah, sorry we didn't have those boards to send." Could nobody have called us to let us know that when they loaded the truck that morning? Today my husband and I went into Home Depot right before closing, in hopes to miss any big crowds. We were pleasantly surprised to see that most costumers were wearing masks, and most people were obviously trying to stay 6 feet away from each other.
