Had a fence installed by home depot and the installers didn't use concrete in all the post and didn't go down to the frost line and every post shifted, it looks like ****. They sent a manager out and he stated" it's the grounds fault, soft ground?? I've never heard of such B.S. We are being forced to get an attorney and seek legal action, not only were they very unprofessional, they ARE wrong......

Went 2 HD 2 buy carpet & pvc board. PVC board - helped by "Junior" who deserves 5 stars. Then, I look 4 almost 15 mins 2 find help in carpet. Finally found a woman who sd person working that dept was on lunch but shd be back soon. REALLY???? Sd I wd not wait 4 an employee 2 get back from lunch. She reluctantly paged someone. I bought LG fridge from Home Depot for $1600.00 after 20 days the Fridge start holding lot of ice in the freezer sides, also It start making noise I called LG for help I thought something is simple, so they send the technician to take look. the Technician told me there is two issue with fridge they need to replace the main board sit on top of fridge and defroster so the next day I called LG and explain the situation I told them I don't trust this product any more i will need my money back they told me go to Home Depot where ... read more

I ordered a fireplace/TV stand on May 4,2020 it was shipped from a location that is a 4 hour drive from me and it took 7 days for it to arrive at my store in Joplin. I have already paid for this item and it has been at the Joplin store since a little after 4pm on May 11th. It is now well past 24 hours since my purchase sits there and no one has contacted me to come pick it up. What gives them the right to hold my purchase without so much as a sorry for the delay in me having what is mine!

Ordered on line the item was shipped from Ga May 4th it is now May 12 and it still isnt here

Long story short, 3 weeks after the expected delivery date of my order from homedepot.com, and three calls with hold times between 30 and 45 minutes each, I was informed that they did not show my order has left their warehouse and the only way to correct their issue is for me to cancel my order (refund my purchase) and to reorder the item to generate a new shipping invoice, effectively making their shipping issue my problem to correct. Don't expect help from The Home Depot.

I placed an order online on 4/30 for store pickup at the Allison Park, PA store. 2 hours after order was placed, I received an email stating all items were out of stock and my order amount would be refunded in '3 - 5 business days'. Here are where the issues start: - Items on order were not out of stock, unsure why entire order would be canceled saying out of stock when obviously they were not. - More than 9 days later my purchase amount of $ 645.06 was NOT refunded. Bad customer service. When trying to purchase large product employee was rude and did not try to help with the sale. He tried everything to stop the sell. I paid $2600.00 and had to go and get refund back before leaving the store.

We are waiting for our second box for a shed that we ordered a month ago. They sent us only 1 of the 2 boxes total and we keep getting the run around by home depot.ca customer service agents saying they are looking for our missing box but no one has solved this mystery and it has been a whole month. Not impressed with this customer service at all. Easy fix is send a new box that is missing.
