Will never shop at Home Depot. Ordered an item on line never received. Tracking number shows label created at facility and that's the last update. So I assume ups never received this to deliver. Totally unacceptable that I can not resolve this. Called customer service. I have been on hold 45 minutes or more, then it just hangs up on you!! Tried several times! How can I resolve this if there is no way to communicate with someone. Don't tell me to call customer service, that's a joke!

I cannot get thru to customer service to resolve an issue with a refrigerator purchase made in March (but just installed April 29th).

Purchased some items at Home Depot with a gift card and my debit card but when I tried returning them they got denied. Lady at counter couldn't help me and gave me a number to call but that lady also said there was nothing she could do , that after it gets denied you lose all your money unless you dispute it. Joke of a company making millions and still taking from the less fortunate. Millionaires becoming Billionaires 😡🤬

I ordered paint for my nursery of my 1st grandchild online due to Covid 19. I placed this order on April 9th. To date I still have not received this paint. I called on May 1 via Home Depot was told there's nothing they could do had to call Behar. Called Behar on May 2nd was told it should ship by Tuesday May, 5th, May 5th online says it should arrive by May 8th. Today is May 8th, still no paint! This company is supposed to be delivering for Home Depot and it is such a shame that Home Depot does not look at the reviews of this company, or that they just do not care that so many people are unhappy with this service. They refused to work with me and get the delivery done because their drivers were too lazy to stop the truck and look for my address. Completely disrespectful, lazy! Showed up to install a dishwasher and told my wife that the inside of the old dishwasher was wet and per company policy they were not allowed to touch it! We are tenants in a rental, my wife was told that she had 11 minutes to disassemble the dishwasher and dry it before they leave because they have already been in our hone for 4 minutes........ seriously your going to tell a tenants wife to disassemble a homeowners dishwasher to dry it before you will touch it?! This Online Home Depot company, TRASH! Simply stay out! What is frustrating is that they simply trap your time and expenses and you are doomed to just swallow their ****** service, specially the one between HOME DEPOT and UPS ( as their delivery contractor, based on their staff statement.) My daughter suffered the most due to this lack in this bad experience. I will never ever purchase anything online from HOME DEPOT.

Ordered a lamp online along with another item. Upon receiving the lamp on April 6th, 2020, the box it was shipped in was partially crushed. Before opening box I took pictures of the crushed box. When i opened the box, the shade of the lamp was crushed. April 8th I returned the item to Home Depot in Phenix City, AL and the lady that I returned the item to got on phone for about 5 minutes and returned and informed me that a refund had been refunded to my Paypal account. Was on the phone for over 20 minutes nobody would answer but periodically got to the customer service person three times the last time they pretended that they didn't hear me and said hello hello and then hung up
