Only leaving 1 star because I have to - I'd rather leave negative stars. Horrible experience. As a former employee and customer, HD should be ashamed of their customer service. We ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot online plus installation almost 2 months ago. The 1st time they came to deliver the washer and dryer; the dryer was dented so we asked them to bring a new one back. Home Depot at it's best again! What a horrible company! No support whatsoever! Orders cancelled without any notice, no contact, no phone, no email, just random cancellation AND NO ONE TO SPEAK TO ABOUT IT, AND NO ONE CARES. Just cannot imagine why do I continue to spend my money there.

DISTURBING STAFF BEHAVIOUR at 300 S Village Center Dr, Southlake, TX 76092. I waited in line at the assigned "Entrance" through the indoors store (that I usually avoid at all times due to the stale sickening air inside); I filled my cart with $200+ of Gardening merchandize from the remotely-located Garden department I actually needed which has plants on display inside and outside. I have used Home Depot's delivery service twice now during the stay at home order and both times there has been gross negligence. The first time, the driver asked me what he was supposed to be delivering to my house. I had to go in to my computer and look it up so he could do his job. Today, I received an email that my order had been delivered and it was missing an item that I was charged for and am assuming was in the truck. Home Depot in Avon, Ohio is violating the state rule effective May 1st regarding employees required to wear face masks. None of the employees had masks on and management indicated that it was an option they weren't interested in enforcing. It is NOT optional for store employees. They are also not enforcing the 6 ft. social distancing requirement. The store was marked for social distancing, but no employees were enforcing it while i was there. An absolute joke. Bought a shed online and they have not stopped charging and refunding my card ever since. Also was double charged at first so overall I have paid for my item twice. Have spent several days with a negative balances due to their constant billing and refunding. Still have never received the shed.

I tried to order a refrigerator/freezer from the HD located on 50th street in Lubbock. Was completely ignored by the appliance manager while she made 6 phone calls then told I'm with another customer, it will be a while. I contacted the management who asked me to return to the store. They tried to order it but the system was down. The manager told me they would call the next day to place the order. She never called. I finally wound up ordering it online. Don't buy on line from Home Depot. I placed an order on April 1 and the entire order has still not been delivered. I have tried calling, emails and texts To customer service That basically does not exist at Home Depot. I will never purchase anything else from Home Depot. I do not have all of the merchandise I ordered and no refund.

On April 23, 2020 I found a Maytag washer online at ***** for $468.00. Home Depot advertised it for $527.40. I purchased this dryer at Home Depot solely because of their advertised price match guarantee. Per Home Depot's own website, they advised for faster service, contact customer support online. That same day, I sent a screenshot showing Lowe's price and requested a price match or refund to my Home Depot Card for $59.40.
