My gas dryer vent was installed against manufactures recommendations by appliance installation company chosen by Home Depot. This fire hazard was not fixed when brought to there attention because I didn't realize it before a year. They put two 90 degree elbows and bent the rigid vent pipe 180 degrees and behind my dryer that had 6 inches of space. The pipe was half crushed in the process. Horrible costumer service. was going to have windows installed by them and had to called 2 weeks after ordering them due to a emergency with my house. both the sales rep and the area manger were rude when i spoke to them about this emergency and how i had to cancel the window order totally. I was sworn at by the area supervisor and the sales rep was not a help. I have had a monthly problem with the payment system at home depot. I have called them frequently because I keep on getting past due emails. After talking to an agent that I thought resolved my problem, I am still getting an email saying I'm past due, which is false. The last agent I talked to said if i pay $30.00 all the other charges(late payment fees) would be reversed. My vehicle was broken into today in the parking lot of my local Home Depot off north parkway frontage rd in Huntsville, AL. I went to customer service to seek help, and was not allowed a chance to talk to the manager or security. I was told to call the police and file a report very unapologetically. If I could rate Home Depot Canada 0 stars, I would. I made a purchase on May 3rd and was given an order confirmation and order tracking number. Their website said to expect delays due to covid 19, but that they would do their best to ship out the order within 72 hours. I've been trying to reach Customer Service for a month. Not too happy. I ordered a sectional sofa online on March 24th,2020. I paid a total of $854.00. It was delivered around April 9th,2020. I was very pleased with the product but a month ago I noticed the material is pulling apart at the seam. I made an order in April and was sent a shipping confirmation update. It's the middle of June and I have yet to receive my order. In reality, it appears a shipping label was only created and the order wasn't actually fulfilled.
