I am still living this nightmare with home depot. Early May I needed to replace the washing machine and dishwasher for my tenant. Rotten online ordering, mistakes, lies 2 orders, 2 wrong items, hours on phone, still not right. They say anything then do not follow through......never use their online ordering again.

I will NEVER shop at Home Depot again. Ordered a $630 portable ac that was suppose to be relieved June 9th. When that day came around my order still said processing. Started price gouging because they used the pandemic to their advantage to rip people off. I am trying to remodel a home and made the mistake of choosing Home Depot.
