I had a question about an online order I was placing so I called the costumer service number and they helped me to place my order, some how I was charged 4 different times, over $6,000, all different charges, none of which matched the bill I was emailed. I went to the O'Fallon, IL Home Depot Store on Sunday, June 28 and an employee took the BBQ grill I wanted up to the front check out counter and I paid for it. They agreed they would have the grill assembled and I was to pick it up on Wednesday, July 1. I called Home Depot and spoke to someone at the Service Center to check if the the grill was assembled before I drove there to pick it up. They told me they cancelled my order. I ordered a chest freezer on April 29th with a delivery date on July 1st due to backorder over ******* Coronavirus. The day before delivery, the delivery was changed to August 5th! The delay significantly impacted my business operations. I asked for compensation for delayed delivery and/or the last minute notice, and was denied. Thanks for nothing HomeDepot!!!

Ordered a microwave for delivery , Needless to say we spend over $300,000.00 a year at the stores . Two weeks later still no microwave . delivery driver calls week ago says im running 20 minutes late so we wait over a hour for them . No SHOW So we call store They tell us they cannot get it back on truck for a week or so. We had big order for hotel of 200 plus refridgerators , ***** got that order.

Non delivery service of item. Purchased a dryer two weeks ago with a delivery date of 7/1. Special arrangements were made so that someone would be home. A call was made that delivery would be between 1:00-5:00. NO DELIVERY was made and NO Call was received by the customer. The customer had two make two calls and received false facts regarding the delivery team. Customer now supposedly has to wait TWO MORE WEEKS for ordered dryer.

I have used the Home Depot for all of my home renovation projects and there have been many. However, I ordered a 5 piece patio set about over a month ago and I have only received the love seat and the fire pit. I have called twice and was told that they delivered the entire set to me. They opened a claim and then never reached back out to me to follow-up. Now the set is on back order and they cannot get me the chairs. We purchased a weed eater from home depot online. It had a 90 day return policy. It quit working the 2nd time we used it. My husband took it to the Northwoods mall Home Depot and spoke with operations manager Ryan Braun. He first asked why it was in two pieces and how it got snapped. Anyone working there should know it comes apart to carry easy, so he obviously does not know much about the products. So I've been a card holder for several years with Home Depot. Always paid my card in full every month. Covid happened Home Depot took a day longer to post my online bill pay..Home Depot has now charged me interest for 2 months. While many companies were offering a 3 month hiatus to pay your bill, Home Depot can't help but charge a long time card holder, who has always paid in full, a late fee because they posted my pymt a day late. Done with HD! I give them 0 stars.

Ordered a door two months ago. Got confirmation next day and a month later still hadn't shipped. Called Home Depot customer service and was on hold for two hours only to be told there is a slight delay on the item and it will be shipped in two months. That's a huge delay. So I cancelled the order. Three weeks later get an email saying they are canceling my order because they are too behind. Wth. Decided to give them one more try and ordered a bathroom vanity because we were told it would be at the store in less then a week. ... read more
