I am greatly disappointed in my Home Depot experience. I bought some "ooops" paint. No where near the paint does it say non refundable. The clerk doesn't tell me it's non refundable. It doesn't even say on the receipt that it's non-refundable. I get home and realize it's exterior (and my painter says I can't use it inside due to me being 7 months pregnant and my son having breathing issues). I have to wait until someone comes to help me get the 5 gallon bucket back in my car and ride with me to home depot. I take it back 3 d... read more

I'm not sure what system you use to verify checks but it's trash and needs to go your wasting my money while trying to get a check to go through tried to purchase a simple 80$ worth of stuff and won't go through but I can go to Lowe's and buy over 400$ on a check and goes strait through no problems. I have never wrote a bad check before anywhere. And there is plenty enough in any bank account I have to cover that check. The only thing I use my checks for is for home improvements because my bank attaches a photo of the check ... read more

I am very disappointed at the service I received from Home Depot. I ordered a patio set on June 12. My delivery date was July 1st. July 1st no item and no shipping information. I contacted the customer service, I was then told it would take 2-4 weeks. I inquired about a credit since I had not received any information on my item. July 5 I received an email item shipped, it also says contact on 3rd business day of item does not have a shipping day. I ordered an air conditioner June 30, it says 24-72 hours on their website, after 72 hours I contacted online chat support, they told me it would be delivered by the end of the day on July 2nd, the weekend passed, I called Monday, they said call back in three days... It's been a total of 8 days, contacting chat support takes 35 minutes, and I just got off the phone... Which I was on hold for for 40 minutes to receive an automated voice saying they'll call back so I don't have to wait on hold... AFTER 40 MINUTES! I want to ca... read more

They suck. The supervisor has no resolve for issue. It's up to the independent delivery company that home Depot contracts through. Second time my delivery has been postponed due to it wasn't on the truck. R u kidding me. Home depot's response 20 min ago is. Well they will call u to reschedule.. tomorrow. Like I'm not working and can wait around by phone at work till 1200 pm. It's a refrigerator. It's 94 degrees out. I need a fridge that was ordered the 3 Rd week of ***. Horrible uncaring place. I walked into Home Depot in Toledo Ohio on Secor Rd. and saw two dogs in a SUV in 91 degree heat. I left the store ten minutes later, and the dogs were still in the sweltering vehicle. I went back in the store and asked that an announcement be made overhead to ask the owners to get the dogs out of the sweltering heat in the car, and was told no. Horrible Experience and will never shop at Home Depot ever again. Long story short, we bought now Samsung kitchen appliances and after only 2 months the refrigerator stopped cooling. Called the Murrells Inlet SC store where we purchased the appliances and was told I would have to contact Samsung directly and was given a phone number. I didn't but these appliances from Samsung I bought them at Home Depot. I have called several times over the past 4 weeks and Home Depot and even went to the store to try and get this resolved. ... read more

Placed an order to be delivered a month ago and Home depot stated on their site product was in stock. This is the first and last time I ever do business with this incompetent company. Order still has not arrived at my house, they already billed my credit card and no one wants to answer for why this order was never delivered. Customer service hangs up or puts you on hold for at least an hour to avoid answering for their incompetence. Stay with *****, at least their employees do not blow you off to avoid dealing with problems ... read more

NEVER order major appliances or contract Home Depot's home improvement services. The minimal savings on the front end or ability to use your store card is not worth the shameful lack of proper service you'll NO DOUBT suffer from on the back end!! This is my 2nd time in about 4 yrs and both times were nightmares! Their appliance delivery department is an astonishingly, shameful mess! They must still be using paper files with a dept only staffed by unpaid, part-time interns to track appliance orders. Customer servic... read more
