I had ordered a Cub Cadet zero turn mower and a Weber bamboo grill brush (total of $3,018.00) on July 11, 2020 (order WMXXXXXXXX) that was supposed to get delivered on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. I even paid the $79 shipping fee to get my order quicker. I got a call from HD in Kyle, TX on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 to tell me that the order was delayed and being pushed to Saturday, July 18. Credit promotion is scam. I purchased a bathroom sink cabinet comb with 12 month interest free on home depot credit card. I sent the last payment to pay the item off and home depot applied it to the revolving account. I called customer service and they said its nothing they could do. They charged me $219.00 interest when I paid it off. Customer service would not give me the Corporate headquarter number. The Item cost $598.00 and I get charge this. Despite a mask mandate, many employees and customers were in the store without masks in your Plaistow, NH store. Masks should be enforced for both employees and customers. Unacceptable.

Ordered a kitchen range from Home Depot. I expected delays due to the pandemic. What I wasn't prepared for was the absolute lack of customer support or accountability. Repeated "delivery windows" and no delivery. No customer service available to talk with just an endless loop or redirection. When I did manage to get to someone, they blamed the delivery company and the manufacturer. Total waste of time and energy.

I purchased an item online on 7/4/2020. The delivery date was 7/13/2020. I received the first email telling me delivery will only take place on 7/17/2020 on 7/13/2020. I sent an email to Craig ****** the CEO also to 2 Home Depot executives Adolfo ********* and Ann-Marie ********, no one replied. On 7/17/2020 at 6pm i received an email telling me delivery is now scheduled for 7/20/2020. I called customer service and they had a dont care attitude and said i could return the item for a full refund. Other shoppers beware.

home depot website claims that you can return paint.I asked the salesman for low odor paint . he suggested a better grade paint which we agreed to not knowing it was no longer low odor paint.when i tried to exchange it they refused and pointed to the sticker they added after mixing saying it was not returnable

I visited the website of Home Depot. Specifically in Fayetteville, Ga. to check their store hours. I saw they closed at 9pm, so I drove over there, arrived at 8:50 p.m. As I wondered why the doors wouldn't open, an empoyee named Richard was lounging outside on some lawnmowers watching me & said "we're closed". I said "And you watched me come all the way up here without even telling me that? Thanks a lot" and began to ealk back to my car. I then said to him, " and you're not even sorry about it, wow, customer service stinks" ... read more

A couple of years ago we had a home bathroom remodeling project and the contractor referred us to our local Home Depot for appliances and service for parts of the project. The results ended up adding a couple thousand dollars to the project with final unsatisfactory results. Eventually had to go elsewhere for the appliances and service to have things done correctly.
