The Home Depot 3215 Brassfield Rd Greensboro NC#3605 and their online management have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They receive 5 negative stars -*-*-*-*-* from me. I have tryed to ask a valid question about a current version of the product and if it will be available for sale in canada as it is currently available on the .com website and US stores. 2 times now homedepot.ca has "moderated" my question and refused to post it. I believe it has something to do with the fact that the US version of the product is of better quality made of a stronger guage steel. The product is the Husky industrial grade tool chest combo. Home Depot in West Park is the worst. I went there to get a duplicate key made, but their machine did not have the blank to make it. I came one month ago and the store sales person said the blanks would be in shortly. He lied. Another time I went there looking for a simple funnel. Not one employee clown in the store knew where to find it or if they even had it. You want to waste your time and gas? Go to Home Depot in West Park. The store and their employees ***** ********!
I was looking to buy a new washing machine, same day. The website only said "while supplies last." No information about how to purchase, what was in stock, if driving to a warehouse was an option, etc. The automated phone service was less help than "while supplies last." terrible customer service. I ordered $1500 in appliances to be delivered which the delivery went fine but the sides of my refrigerator are scratched. i was out of town so my mother in law was there for the delivery. the delivery person told her to have me call in to see if i could be reimbursed for part of the damages. Don't get any CC from them, they have ridiculous fee charges even if you make your card payment on time, if the posting processing they considered late and they will charge you and not recognize their wrong doing.
I purchased a Traeger 575 Pro Wifi pellet grill/smoker from home depot for $799. I opted for in-store pickup since I needed the grill for an upcoming occasion and delivery would have taken too long. After a few days, I received notification that the order was ready and so I drove out 10-15 miles to the store and rented a u-haul from them to transport the grill back home since I drive a small sedan which couldn't carry the large item. Home Depot business is a scam artist. I called to order a swamp cooler and motor and they told me they had it in stock they asked for my credit card over the phone and I paid. then about a half hour later they call me back to tell me that they don't have that in stock after I had already talked to a lady and said she did have it in stock. They said that they would refund my money back onto my card but that it might take 7 to 10 business days to receive the refund after they took it and it took them 30 seconds to take my mone... read more

I bought Toshiba 12,000 BTU (8,000 BTU, DOE) 115-Volt Portable AC with Dehumidifier Function and Remote Control in White last week during the heat wave in Home Depot. This AC lasted 30 minutes. It needs to be drained every 30 minutes. Now it doesn't work. The only reason it's still in my house is because the box is got wet in the rain and is not in returnable condition.
