With my furniture sitting outside 4 days now, no instalation date. Exhausted from very rude liason. I've learned my lesson the extreme hard way with choosing home depot to do our flooring. Too many people giving different information and no follow up. Not holding true to what they say. Everyone trying to blame some one else for the lack of organization and customer service. In October 2018, I purchased a Cosmo 24" wall oven on-line and had it delivered to the Home Depot store in Picayune, Mississippi. The oven was covered by a two-year warranty from Cosmo, so I didn't purchase an additional warranty directly from Home Depot. The oven was all right until April 24, 2020, when it stopped baking half-way through a batch of cookies. I reached Cosmo and sent in a copy of my sales ticket and warranty. Not sure how Home Depot can have over a thousand reviews with an average of 1 star (terrible) and still get an A rating from BBB. In any case, I tried to post this review with a product on HomeDepot.ca, but they moderated it and rejected it. So I will post it here, about their dysfunctional service with online orders in Canada... I went to Home Depot on 3701 Mt Moriah Road Durham, NC 27707, on 8/7/20 to pick up an order from a locker. It was the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic where I felt unsafe going into a public establishment. I noticed workers without masks on, people not keeping their distance from others, and I had no idea of the locker hygiene practices when I had to touch the screen. It was shameful, frankly speaking. Worse customer service ever. I brought a stove and refrigerator from this place June 29th I was told that items would be delivered on July 29th and I was ok with that given the circumstances of what is going on now with the virus. So July 28th they called and said they would be out the next day between 3:30 and 7:30 we waited no one showed up or called I called 3 times and was told they had unti 8:00 to show, still no one came or cslled. The worst online service from any large company. Totally incompetent. Half the order sent to the correct address, half to the billing address which is 1000 miles away. Numerous calls to Home Depot to fix it and endless excused. Couldn't even stop a shipment schedualed for 10 days later going to the wrong address. I would never use Home Depot online again. Wasted hours of my time by their incompetence.

I will start by saying that I will be informing everyone I know to avoid purchasing anything from Home Depot and that if I could give them -5 stars, I would. The trouble all began on 5/5/20 when my husband and I purchased a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher from your online store with the sale prices and a 10% appliance discount code.
