Horribly bad communication. Ordered JeldWen doors from them on delivery, and it was during the Coronavirus lockdown, so I had to wait 6 weeks for them to arrive (not horribly). The day of delivery, called them, they indicated they had some of the doors (but not all), 4 of them weren't even ordered yet, and were now no longer available. I purchased a laundry unit in February 2020. The installation team would not install the unit. I re-ordered a separate washer and dryer stackable unit. The first team would only deliver the washer and dryer, no installation. The second team scheduled to install did not bring a stackable kit. The third installation team scheduled only brought the stackable kit and refused to install the washer and dryer. Tired of buying appliances that do not last. Most recently a refrigerator. Stopped working after five years and two months. Home Depot said they would honor the five year warranty with a grace period of one month. Not two. They offered to have a supervisor speak to me, put me on hold and left me there. The supervisor never got on the line. Their sales people even tell you now not to expect a refrigerator or washer and dryer to last more than five or six years. Totally unacceptable.

Very unimpressed with Home Depot and Samsung! I ordered a Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot. My husband had to take an entire day off of work to prepare the spot, move our old refrigerator, get the plumbing ready for the new one, etc. Delivery crew showed up and the refrigerator was completely dented in the front. Their delivery service is a fraud. Ordered a big item and delivery never arrived after 2 scheduled delivery dates. Went to the Sommerville, MA store to pick one up myself to find out none were even in stock. 2nd purchase was scheduled for 2nd time today after "delivery error" 1st time. Called when nothing arrived this time either and found it hadn't even been picked up for delivery even though status was listed as out for delivery all day. Totally screwed up 2 day's of work being available to accept delivery.
If I could rate this store a zero (0) I would immediately. Horrible costumer service, you can't get your money back once you buy a item, the workers are not friendly. I would never buy from the home depot again.

Saturday, August 15 my husband and I drove an hour one way to the Home Depot in College Station Tx. We purchased the only washing machine they had in stock ( there were no machines in stock anywhere close to us except this one), took it home and installed the machine. I have shopped at The Home Depot for a while and I recently have been disappointed. I patronized the store in Desoto Texas. I was blown off by three employees, Nancy, Crystal and Carmella. They acted like they had water on the brain when it came to getting assistance for a customer. I am very disappointed in those three. The only two that were nice and helped were Henry and Stephanie.
Bought a band saw from home depot that said you got two blades. When i received it they only sent one. Called them and they told me add was wrong so they would not honour the 2nd blade. Whent to get add a couple of days later they had changed the add. Bottom line is there was false advertising. And basically said i was a LIAR. Not pleased at all
