We ordered a patio set online in April of 2020. It was delivered during rain and the delivery people forgot to give us the fire pit. It was another ordeal, but we finally were able to take delivery of the fire pit. They were supposed to call before delivery but never did. I happened to go outside and see the destroyed box in my driveway. The box was literally destroyed with the unassembled fire pit laying partially on the driveway. I just had the worst customer experience I've ever had. I ordered a $48 gallon of antifreeze to be shipped to me and the box showed up empty. I called the call center and they said I have to dispute it through my bank. All I asked was for them to send it to me, not refund the money. Are you kidding me?! I just spent $600 at our local store yesterday. NEVER AGAIN. And then to add insult to injury, I just found it online at another store for $22, including shipping. Bye, Home Depot.

I have had a Home Depot Card for the better than two years, I started out when they offered and issued me a credit card with a $5000 credit line, two months later, they offered me a second card worth $2500, So that's $7500 having used a little over $2000 and having an EXCEPTIONAL PAYMENT HISTORY. They started reducing my limit so much that my credit usage went through the roof. I went to Clearwater for an estimate for windows. They referred me to ****** ********* She came to my home and sound very proficient and knowledgeable. She came from an office from Brandon, 9208 Florida Palm Drive, Tampa, Fl 33619. I agreed to install the windows and the total price was $5,221. She told me that the windows were warranty for life and the warranty was effective when the windows were installed. She charged my credit card, since the moment I signed the contract, 5/16/20. So not only did I not get my LED light I ordered from Home Depot and they would not refund me for the plumbing fixture they sent me. I returned items, checked my bank account and none of the returns went through. I returned 37.09 dollars in merchandise including the LED light bulb that was 6.97 in addition. I walked out of that Home Depot with them keeping 44.06 of my money and they kept there items. If I did that they would say I was stealing, but they stole from me. I placed an order for one small item, an air freshener, on August 9, 2020, which has still has not shipped out. Though at the time that I placed the order, the estimated delivery date was today. Still, no one aside from one Customer Service Representative, has reached out to me from Home Depot, which is a really bad look on Home Depot, as they are continuing to take orders, knowing that they cannot fulfill them. The manager at Raritan/Fleminton Home Depot has terrible customer service skills. She was not helpful and very lazy in her responses to me. I told her I had a problem at a different home depot and needed her help with my carpenters. I asked if they can ask for a certain salesperson when they arrived. I was going to spend around $1000.
