I don't understand what I did to deserve the treatment over the phone that I received today. I understand we all are experiencing tuff times, however that does not excuse bad or rude behavior. Unfortunately I did not get the young lady's name, but she was answering the phones this morning. Bought a Whirlpool Cashmere washer/dryer combo from Home Depot. When I had issues I tried to post the following review: "Within a few months the mother board went out and it took over a month to get it replaced. Now, only about one year later the bearings for the tub, outer and inner, need to be replaced. The repair company said 6 to 8 weeks to get the parts. I went to home Depot today after verifying they offered a veterans discount but when checking out I was told they needed a certain card and that my drivers license that shows I am a veteran wasn't good enough! I had to show my DD214 to get the Veteran status on my license but that's not good enough for Home Depot. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Went to Home Depot to get some lumber and I couldn't get to the lumber due to merchandise sitting in front of it that didn't even belong in that department, and when I asked an employee that was in the lumber department for help I was told to go find someone else to help that heas from from a different department before I even was finished saying what I needed help with. I ended up asking a cashier to page someone for me because none of the employees walking around in the lumber department was from that department.

I purchased 10 windstorm windows from Home Depot of Galveston for my newly remodeled condo. The window sales representative came to my home with an exceptional window sales presentation. All 10 windows were improperly installed in my condo by Home Depot resulting in moisture damage to every wall in which the windows were improperly installed. 2 of the walls with shiplap were bowed and warped. my fridge delivery that was a total debacle, unprofessional and putting myself (a pregnant woman) at COVID risk. First of all, my delivery window was 10:30-2:30pm. they finally called around 3:30pm and showed up around 4pm. Secondly, I'm 8 months pregnant and had been in the home alone all day waiting for them. had the WORST experience ever here. I ordered a pallet of flooring and was told by the online people I could return the individual boxes if I didn't use them all. Went to return them and they would not allow us to. We spent 3 hours with these people and they did nothing for us. We had to return the full pallet and now don't have enough flooring for the house. Don't order delivery from Home Depot! Poor delivery and poorer customer service. I had a delivery scheduled today for ~500 pounds of top soil and a few small items from the Somerville, MA store. I paid $79 for this big delivery. The small items were delivered, but not the main reason for the expensive delivery - no top soil! The order has been marked "delivered."
