Home Depot refuses to submit a claim to ******* ******* for a failed package delivery, and they do not have any escalation process for customer service issues. I have contacted Home Depot customer support multiple times, and requested escalation, but each time I request escalation I am either left on hold for an hour or more, or the representative simply refuses to take action. This location Timonium #2565 has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have not been to a place where everyone wears "I hate my job" so strongly on their face (even with masks nobody looks happy) on 07/17/20 I went in on my lunch break to have a key cut. I walk in and find this store still has old style key machines and an employee has to come cut the key for you. Even bed bath and beyond has a self help key kiosk Lowe's has one. I ordered a headboard from Home Depot. Everything was fine until I got my package that smelled putrid like dead fish. I thought it was a chemical smell so I called customer service. I told the agent this information, she said she will check on it. She came back to inform me that they ship in massive containers with fish, and that some of the fish water may have seeped into my product. My grandparents current fridge is leaking, so we ordered a new one. My grandma is currently battling liver cancer at the age of 80 and she recently had a stroke. I live in Minneapolis and traveled to Duluth to receive the new fridge at my grandparents house. Upon delivery, the workers said they could not fit the fridge in the door. worst customer service and don't care attitude. i got my house roof done from them and they subcontracted the work. Subcontractor didn't completed the job properly, they were suppose to replace one damper vent and install another. They did not reconnected one damper vent and NEVER installed second one. this lead to mold formation in my attic and now they are stating this is not their fault!!!!!

We purchased a special order French door in Home Depot store #6350. Everything was paid in full on 7/11/20. We were told that the door would be in by the middle of July and that we would be in contact with an installer for the install. July passed. August passed. No call or notification. We made 3 calls to the store to find out what was going on. We were told the store would call back, and no call back. We wanted this door installed by 10/10/20 for our wedding at our house. Very poor service! Was on the phone all day and could not get to speak to the person in lumber!! Just wanted to ask a quick question about a product?? Was hung up on twice!! Victoria store on millstream.you should hire people who can multitask!! Like answer a phone!!! really mad!!!

The worst customer service ever. Ordered $3k washer/dryer. They promised a delivery date, I took off from work, and they didn't show, didn't call to let me know..... TWICE!! Shop local where there are PEOPLE who care about service. I add my vote to the trustpilot 80% who rate them with 1 star (because thats as low as it goes)

Ordered item with home delivery date 7 days after order. Eleven days after order, item not in stock at Home Depot, and now they will not allow me to cancel order even though they have none in stock. Last time I ever order from Home Depot.
