Bought a shower door. Home Depot recommendation for putting in the shower door, Jeremy with **************************** did a horrible job. They should never refer him again!
So I went to both Lafayette locations and had a bad experience at both stores. The first one the guy did not know his product. And was wanting to help a young lady that was there after us. The second store the computer said the store had the flooring in stock and did not. The lady was not helpful and was trying to charge us an extra 75 for shipping which form my phone it was free. To start, I've gone to 3 stores which shows they have stock of the Milwaukee battery kit. One location that showed they had 2 in stock, didn't actually have it. They told me "Go to Lincolnwood, they have 12 in stock!", I get there... Johnny was looking EVERYWHERE for them and couldn't find it. Horrible on every level. No one has any idea what is going on. There is no communication. I ended up canceling my order and 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund.

I bought a Kitchen Aid Refrigerator, ************ $3,689.00, from ********** in 2017. It has been on the blink for over 7 months (9/13/2020) now. I called ********** and they directed me to Kitchen Aid for service. Well, it went down hill from there. Kitchen Aid customer service stinks. My wife googled the repair center they referred me to and it turns out to be a scam out of Florida and we live in Ft. Worth Texas. Home Depot has the most unprofessional personnel Working for them I have ever seen from one company. Do not buy on homedepot.com unless you want your money lost forever. If there's a delivery issue, they will do everything they can to avoid a refund. I ordered some items on homedepot.com and the shipment went missing. Called customer service and they said to file a dispute with the bank. Filed dispute, and they did everything they could to stop the refund.
