Bought a washer dryer during the labor day sale. They state that they are "in stock", and that they just have to schedule a deliver and setup date. after waiting a week, get a call from the manufacturer that it will be another 2 weeks on top of that. Called the manufacturer (LG) but after an hour and a half wait on hold gave up. called the Home Depot, and they said "when we say in stock, we mean the manufacturer has them in stock", which is NOT the same thing. they imply that they have them to make the sale, then wash their ... read more

Seeing the other negative reviews I'm very disappointed to see this company is still positively rated by BBB. Maybe the BBB needs to be looked into. My local home depot not only violates ADA standards but today they informed me, a disabled person and my 80 year old mother, we had to haul and load bags of mulch ourselves! I can't find corporate contact info on their website so they know they are wrong but they don't care.

I bought two hoses that were supposedly "contractor grade" and not cheap. Both hoses burst out at the male connection within about 6 months. I could not return them as I no longer had the receipts. I went back to m local store recently to buy a new hose, but all they had were the same ones, which I refuse to buy again. I also bought, about 6 months ago, a pair of archer type pruners that supposedly could handle 1/2 inch tree branches. Don't take a store credit at Home Depot and try to use it on a purchase you might return. They deny you a return on that item. Then tell you to call there dispute resolution group. That's a joke ! They deny you again and tell you personal stories about keeping receipts in a cookie jar . I'm keeping my torn up Commercial Account card in that cookie jar now. Shop anywhere else

The worst customer service ever. Scheduled a delivery a month ago and received email confirmation that unit was to be delivered the next Saturday. Waited all day and finally I checked the tracking and it had been rescheduled. I then spent over an hour trying to get someone to tell me what is going on but no one wanted to answer. Finally got an answer that it was on back order and they apologized. Over a month waiting for this and they just figured out it was going not going to be delivered.

They lied and said my order shipped via *****. All Home Depot did was print the shipping label. It is still in the Home Depot warehouse. What a scam. Go with Amazon.

I have been dealing with a defective washer and a more defective Homedepot warranty/customer service for over 3 months. The delivery that was finally scheduled for today is not coming due to "Samsung not sending the washer " to Homedepot for delivery on the scheduled day (HD did not contact me to inform me of this until after wasting over an hour on hold and taking a day off work). Home Depot has a Large Sign posted at the entrance "Mask Required to Enter the Store" Covid-19. This is required by the State of Ohio. No matter when I make a visit to my local Home Depot... I ALWAYS come across customers noncomplying by the state guidelines. Just today I found a customer without a mask and upon checkout another customer looking for that same customer without a face mask walking in talking my cash register person like it was OK to go in without a mask. Consumer be aware!!!!!!!!!! Home Depot (maple grove MN) customer service is horrible. If you have a problem with Quality of a product Home Depot will not stand by the product that they sell to the Consumer, they expect the Manufacture ( Hampton Bay) patio furniture to reimburse which they will not, they expect Home Depot to give the full refund which they will not.
