I purchased $5,000 of patio furniture from Home Depot. After I made the online purchase I called to confirm that the product would be brought to the area of the home it was intended and told that it would. I started receiving a barrage of shipment notifications from various carriers. One carrier they use, XPO Logistics, provides 12 hour delivery "windows". Home depot gave me badd advice on a special order. Then refuse to fix it. But it took over a month to tell me that they would not fix it. It seems a return to Nardie Depot is under way. Which is sad. Ken should know better. Do not special order from depot. Do not trust their advice. Nor assume they will attempt to make it right. This is not the old Orange. I am to old to go through this again. terrible customer service. very easy to order things online, impossible to change / cancel, have been punted around numerous times via phone and have been on hold several times 2 hours+. The worst, will never shop here again.

I bought a dishwasher and paid for Home Depot delivery and install. Never again will I pay Home Depot to install anything. Their delivery guys were all about the delivery and had no interest in the install. 2 sets of guys came out and both made excuses about why they couldn't install. I found out after I hired a non- Home Depot installer they were just being lazy. They easily could have done my install but, didn't seem to want to take the time.
I traveled 14 miles to the Home Depot store to purchase over $2000 worth of windows only to be told that no one in the store was capable of writing the order. I arrived at the store at 10:15 AM and was told to return at 1:30 PM. Not cool, I will be doing my business at ******.

This the 3rd time I have orders special done at this store and every time I have tried to check on a order that was made .There is a problem with staff the person is off he just left, we will call you back and it does not happen. Waited 15 days for a delivery that Home Depot subcontract Becon supply to deliver roof shingles after 4th time that they were supposed to deliver and not make it with different excusses the 5th time and 17 days after they said that they could not go in my property I call ABC supply and they deliver the shingles 3 days later I have pictures of the truck from that made it in my property without a problem my roof was exposed for more than 2 weeks because of Home Depot not carring about there customers.

I ordered a Walker Edison 6 drawer dresser online and the manner in which I received it was shocking. The delivery person practically threw it on my driveway with bits and pieces of the furniture ruined and lying on my driveway. I took a picture of it.
