I was shopping at home depot when a lady that works for home depot opened my truck door with my wife in the passenger seat and my wife was changing shirts ,the lady left my door open on my wife changing shirts it was horrible Jon the assistant manager said he would handle it he did not do anything ,I went into the store last night to return the lady that opened my door on my wife? Calling Home Depot Customer Service is a big joke. I was having issues with placing an order online and wanting to cancel due to the fact that they place the charge on my Home Depot card before either of my items shipped. worst customer service & worst policies. how can a multi million dollar company not have systems in place to be able to look up receipts. I purchased an item 2 days ago and went in & none of their systems could pull up my receipt. no one could help and they couldn't help me further. I showed them my phone and my transaction history but refused to find the receipt for me. Even refused to give me store credit for the purchase.

I ordered and purchased a new vinyl kitchen floor on 8/7/20. I received an email stating my installation time and date would be X:XX-XX:XX on 8/31/20. I then received a call from the Home Depot commissioned installation company on 8/31/20 that the installer would be at my home at 2:00 on that same day. When no one had arrived by 3:30, I called the number of the installation company (ACS). Ordered a patio table and chairs on July. Only received the chairs. Multiple calls to customer service yielded nothing and they never once contacted me without me contacting them first. Will never shop there again.

Bought a range that does not have the burner covers, called them when I got it home and been battling with them for 5 days now. I give up and I will return the range tomorrow along with cancelling my order for a new refrigerator. Each person at the store that I speak with tells me something different. When I buy a product I expect all of the pieces and parts to be there, and they don't seem to care. The stove top will not light without the burner covers and I certainly did not pay $700 for a range that is useless to me.

I paid my account in full a week before payment is due and Home Depot credit receives my ACH bank payment a week ago and did not credit it to my account. They said it's an unusual payment. How is it unusual for someone to pay off their account? Oh but when they want to hit you with a late fee or interest they don't even wait until it's past due, they want to tac it own before midnight. My bank said they received the funds and the nerve of them saying they want to hold it for verification atleast 14 days. That a bunch of ****... read more

Completely ripped us off. Charged us $4000 for the appliances we bought three months ago - never delivered them. I called customer service 4 times and spent hours on hold to no resolve. My last phone call (shout out to the TERRIBLE customer service rep named Petra at Home Depot), I was told that I could dispute the charges on my credit card. Awful. I will never buy from them again!

We purchased an LG French Door Refrigerator from Home Depot on 06/22/2019 from their Volo, IL store and on the advice of their salesman added the 5 year extended appliance protection plan. On July 17, 2020 the ice/water filter began to leak inside the refrigerator. After 9 telephone calls with LG and 3 tech visits the problem was finally resolved 0n 8/27/2020.
