Their aftermarket warranty program leaves a poor taste in my mouth. We have been trying for about 2 months now for the company they handed their warranties ovet to, to actually come out and fix issues we are having with the siding they installed. Allow me to blow off some steam for a dozen paragraphs or so, because otherwise I may blow up. We signed up for a Home Depot credit card on July 26, 2020 in order to purchase an air purifier online. We had several options for this purchase, but specifically chose Home Depot because of an offer on the Home Depot webpage of a $50 credit off the purchase for opening a new card. Ordering online is a mess and will not ordering anything online from homedepot again!!!. On 8/29/2020, I purchased Arlo Pro 2 - 2 cameras system (2 cameras + base station) online for $169.99 with discount coupon applied from home depot. I would like to say that I prefer Home Depot to other home improvement stores because of the customer service I have always received there. With that being said, I do not believe I will ever go back. Worst experience of my life with Home Depot and its subcontractor ARS rescue Rooter. Terrible return policy. Bought flooring there and had four extra boxes leftover. Tried to return it after 90 days and they would not take it back! Had receipt and all documentation. They still stocked the flooring online, too, so it was not like it was discontinued. Not shopping there again.

July 13, 2020 I walked into the Home Depot in West Bend Wisconsin to pickup or oder a Carlynn in Gray Queen Bed Set. They did not have one in store and stated it needed to be ordered. At the time they would not allow me to split the purchase between cash and my credit card and instead forced me to buy a gift card to cover the second half of the bed.
