Home Depot has the worst customer service ever. I ordered all new appliances for my kitchen. Had all my old appliances hauled off. They never bought my appliances said they had vehicles problems and couldn't deliver for 4 more days. Are you kidding I have no stove no refrigerator. Do not buy from them

Home Depot is running a scam together with Ryobi. They advertise a deal where if you buy a tool for $99 you can get a "free" tool as well. You never get the free tool and they then say you "returned" it and issue a credit for half of what it's selling for at the same time! The run-around you get between the internet customer service operation and the "store management is a classic.

Worked at home Depot for six weeks and only got paid one week. This is the most disorganized company ever and on top of that they don't care about their employees.
An experience from ****. Called and got approval to return 2 toilets in original boxess. NDS, the shipper assigned by HD for pickup at my home never contacted me, despite several contact attemps on my part. Called HD online and was told i could return the goods to any HD store. There's no simple way to follow up on an installation claim. I've gone in circles for hours on the phone and online. Supposedly they "guarantee" their work for one year. Good luck trying to get any customer service.
I purchased appliances with a 5-year warranty and spent thousands of dollars with Home Depot 22nd Ave. St. Pete Florida location. All new Kitchen Aid appliances, and my $3,000 Refrigerator ice maker broke three times in 6 months. The in-store customer service is terrible when dealing with returns. Was just in Morganville store today to replace a chain on my electric saw. Asked Stephen in that dept for help. He was the most helpful person I have ever encountered in all my years in the store. He went out of his way to fix and replace a chain on my saw. During such difficult times it is so wonderful to have someone so nice and helpful.
