I think Home Depot needs to re-vamp their entire phone system. They need trained and experienced people to answer the phones, all phones, and from all phone numbers. When you call a Home Depot phone number, you get the ultimate run around which to me is an excellent way to stall and discourage the caller from actually getting through to somebody; anybody who cares. Had placed a $1,000 order through Home Depot and on the day of pick up was told the order was cancelled and not a fan sole can explain to is why. Now I'm stuck with my entire bathroom tore down to the studs and you cancel our order. Would love for a member of Home Depot to call and try and talk your way out of this. **** poor service all the way around, and you deserve less then a 1 star rating.
just now The orders I placed at this location were never fulfilled. I gave them the benefit of the Covid doubt, but after a month I spent four hours on Home Depot corporate customer service to find out that they were cancelled. Corporate told me it was the stores fault and to contact the manager for help. Of course, they couldn't give me the managers name or contact. What a fiasco. Home Depot's logistics system is terrible. I placed an order online for a bathroom vanity, matching mirror, and vanity top. The vanity and mirror were grey. I decided I also wanted to purchase a wall cabinet from the same line of products. I scoured the website, and while they made a wall cabinet in the same product family, they inexplicably only offer it in white, despite every other piece from that family having 3 color options. I'm so sick of the businesses trying to make themselves look good by making mask a requirement to shop their stores and not enforcing it , really what is the point??!! Purchased a fridge from Home Depot online and the order process was easy but forget about getting delivered! I've spent hours on the phone trying to find out where my delivery is. Was sent a confirmation that the order was to be delivered between 7am-11am and nobody showed or called. I ordered a refrigerator on 6/19/2020 suppose to be ready for pickup on 7/16/2020 still no refrigerator I called Home Depot ask what was going on with my order to be told to take the tracking number and find out myself when it gets there to them they will send me a email I will never order anything else from them if they don't get my refrigerator by Saturday they will be giving my money back
I ordered a sofa bed online. Sofa is fine but its delivery was frustrating. It was left out of another home address. Pallet left out with it. Called Reddaway to complain and all they said is, "we dont deliver to 2nd floor homes," You could have clearly stated that somewhere in the purchasing process! Will never shop at Home Depot again and will discourage others from doing so.
I placed an order for 3 appliances totaling $3000.00 through their call center in ***. Two days later an email stated it was cancelled. Spoke to a rep and it was blamed on the credit card. Replaced order with the same results two more times. "There was a glinch in the system" Even had a 3 way call with the bank and call center of home depot and it was confirmed that the c.c. was good.
