Customer service at the registers is absolutely terrible, cashier and head cashier do not know how to do there jobs, when they say you can go to customer service or leave to pay with a company check thats sad. Yes i know a little old school but customer service is what your suppossed to provide to people, Plus to get help for something thats like a act of congress, Like the paint dept thats blocked off. Managements more worried about bonuses than customer service

I like to complain about Home Depot sub contractor ARS for air conditioner services, this company is the worse I don't know how HD uses this company. Bought an a/c unit from HD for almost 7K, and all I have is problems. I been dealing with them ARS and HD for a week they charge me $345.00 for an hr worth of labor, and today I still have a problem

flushing NY store is HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE I was never so humiliated in my life I will never go to this store again , I did not do anything to deserve this kind of treatment , I order on line and after was told my order was at the store I went to the store ... I waited 25 mim to see customer service and was told to wait for my package ...and I did for another 20 min!!! and the place was NOT busy !!!! I purchased a Clothes dryer 6/7/2020 and was told it was in stock and that the delivery date would be 7/6/2020. One 7/3/2020 I received a call from delivery telling me they were pushing back my delivery date to 7/27/2020 due to it being on back order since early ***. I had the pleasure of having Charles ****** wait on me today. He was very helpful and determined to make sure I left as another satisfied customer. I purchased outdoor carpeting but the color I wanted was not long enough. Though carpeting wasn't his department he waited on me and made me feel like I was the only customer there. Invested, professional and kind man. And yes I brought a different color carpet.

I purchased a refrigerator on July 1, It was delivered on Tuesday, July 7, 2020. The delivery person had to reverse the way the door opens. It now makes a noise whenever the door is opened as if the door swing is incorrect. the driver referred me to a number that was supposed to be Frigidaire. They said Ia repair man would come out. "Went to your store to find paneling to remodel my bathroom. You had a display so i asked where to find the paneling. They said oh thats rebath we have to restock flyers. Not my question you display panneling for remodeling just want to buy the panel he said we dont sell it but you can pay us to put it in. Ordered a fridge online from Home Depot on June 22nd, estimated delivery July 9th - fine. Check the tracking on July 7th to get ready for the delivery and the window is now set to July 10th from 12 pm - 4 pm. Fine. During the delivery window, checking the tracking states that the appliance is on the truck ready to be delivered.
