Horrible customer service.!!! We are trying to get measured for a storm door. They never contacted us for a measurement date. Called multiple times but the extension had their inbox full. We finally got through, and they said they had already made an appointment for us. We were never told. We waited, and waited. No show. Cannot contact store. as No one knows which department is responsible. 11 days have past since the invoice has been created. They need to supervise their contdactors.
Went to the local Home Depot to purchase material to do some deck work. Spent over $3000 and when the product was delivered half of it was missing. I then contacted the local store about the missing items and was told they would call me back and I never received a callback after several attempts. After waiting 2 weeks I was told the item was no longer available and I had the order cancelled. Placed an order to be delivered. This order came and was left, picture taken by the driver and all. Once the workers came to start the job, we find that only half of the order was delivered. Made the call and they gave hard time stating that it was there. Finally they agree to replace the items, but first they have to figure where the the order went to. ZERO STARS for Customer Service Stuart FL...Purchased a Samsung fridge for appx $1400, it arrived damaged...I understand it is an issue with the delivery company, however, when I went and spoke to the Manager about this very strange situation, where the delivery company offers gift cards for keeping damaged merchandise, answers the phone using the name of the manufacturer, she said she would immediately send e-mails on my behalf and try to figure out what exactly was going on. I ordered a Dishwasher through Home Depot's website and paid extra for the haul-away service. The reason I purchased through Home Depot is because they lead you to believe they will take care of everything, including installation and hook-up (https://www.homedepot.com/c/Appliance_Delivery_Installation). I've been doing curbside pickup because of coronavirus and because we have vulnerable household members. Today at Home Depot there employee got right up in my face (less than 18") pinning me between my car and car door. When I told him to backup he said "I don't have to because I'm wearing a mask". Had to tell him to back up again and then to very forcefully tell him to "get the f### back" before he moved. Even outside of a pandemic he would have been violating my space. Not cool at all. The worst in every way. Every experience I had was terrible: 1) Shopping in store - no one could help me find what I needed to order because the items were not in the store and several only available online. Tried to ask them for alternatives in the store and again, no help on a $1500 pending purchase (shower, hardware, shower door). 2) HomeDepot.com - First off it takes 45 minutes to talk to anyone. I ordered a patio furniture set on May 22, 2020. I decided to have it shipped to my home instead of the store, despite the extra 2 weeks wait, as I wasn't sure I would have a truck suitable to pick up the order. Really wanted to do 0 stars like many others. Ordered a couple of appliances...trying to hand them nearly 2 grand...on May 19th. A week later we were informed the appliances were on back-order and would arrive on June 10th. I took off work to be here for the install.
