This is the complain, that I wrote to HD, never received response (buyer beware): May 16, 2020 Purchased Appliance package for my son s home. Everything was explained..delivery, setup (except Microwave, set up vendor to install), haul old appliances for a charge. May 28 they came to deliver, I had returned back to Tennessee. Apparently they came to deliver, but my son was told that he had to remove appliances away from the wall, they only installed. Plus they had no written instructions to haul away. Customers service is the worst, starting with the managers. On June 10th I was looking to buy a outdoor patio table, in the store in Bristol ct, but they only have the one on display, I ended up buying a different table for my patio set. They told me that they cut not sell the display items. The same day I went back to the buy a spray paint gun, and I observed that the patio table that I was looking to buy, it wasn't there. Absolutely terrible service from HD. They hit my credit card for $673.00, then sent an email saying the arrival date, June 16 (6 weeks after ordering, April 28) was no longer valid. Had no idea when ti would ship. They've violated industry standard practice by charging my card before shipping. Have been on hold 27 minutes waiting for customer service. 28 minutes, now. Listening to the stupid advertisement runon and on and on and on.

Absolute worst customer service, I placed an order that was supposed to be for store pickup. After placing the order and they received my payment they changed one of the items to ship to home with an eta of over 2 weeks for an item that they have in stock where I wanted to pick it up less then 2 miles from my house. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was told by the representative that there is nothing they can do because they have no way to get in touch with their own warehouse. Ordered online at 8:30 am for same day pickup at store number #3501. It's 3 in the afternoon and still no email to pick up. So much for same day. Everyone is offering curbside during Covid and this store is not able to keep up! Going to had to stick with shopping at their competitor instead. Such a huge difference in customer service!

Knowingly selling Samsung refrigerators with known defects to the consumer Do not. I re post DO NOT buy a SAMSUNG refrigerator from Home Depot or any where else. Avoid the trouble. Known defects since 2007

Go to Lowe's. I ordered online for in store pickup, they didn't have what I needed at the store near me so I had to go to another store much farther away. After completing my order it said don't come to the store until I receive a text. Six hours later I decided to make the drive to the store. They didn't pick my item up yet and customer service told me to get it myself. Bottom line is that they were sold out by the time I got there and they actually kept me away from the store by telling me to wait for a text before coming.... read more

I ordered a raised garden bed in mid April. In mid May they told me it was lost and they would order another one that would arrive May 22. As is June 21, I have not received it, nor have I received a refund despite asking for one on numerous occasions. The first time refund was never requested through the store calling the resolution center. On June 11, I called the resolution center myself & was told ( after being on hold for 45 minutes). That I would here from them in 5-7 days....not wanting to be on hold for another 45 mi... read more

Stay away from their online shopping. They added $200 to my shopping total. I have left 3 requests for a call back 2 visits to the store 3 hours on hold to wait for them to tell me to send and email. 12 days later there is still no response. This company should be ashamed of the pathetic level of customer service.
