I would give them a zero if it was possible. I ordered a grill on *** 26 to be delivered on June 20 for Father's Day. I paid to have the grill delivered because I did not have a big enough vehicle to accommodate it. I changed my schedule in order to be home to receive it (as the time frame was from 6am to 8pm). I received an email first stating that my order had been cancelled (on the day it was scheduled to be delivered). My girlfriend and I bought the Bosch drawer microwave online from Home Depot (or as I like to call them the Homeless Despot). It was scheduled to take 2 weeks to deliver. On the date it was supposed to come it never showed up. We called HD to see what was going on after being on hold for 1 1/2 hours we find out that the shipping company lost the microwave. Bought a Samsung appliance package in 2015. Have had issues with the refrigerator for last couple of years. Filed a complaint with Samsung, but needed my receipt from Home Depot. All other receipts could be accessed online (as far back as 2013) except the one of that particular purchase! Couldn't get it pulled up, but somehow could send an email so that I could know the price breakdown of my purchase? Understandable challenge, unacceptable service and support. Ordered a play set for my backyard. Lumber and screws came from store the next day, play set parts never arrived. Called over a dozen times with nobody available to pick up. Chat support did not provide information or helped. After 6 weeks, the play set parts were arbitrarily cancelled, with no call or information as to why, or follow up besides a vague email. I will be starting a case at the BBB next week. I placed an online order on May 26, 2020. On June 2 I was sent an email that my item shipped and was expected on June 12. On June 3 my account was charged due to the shipping of the item. A few days prior to June 12 I checked the order but also checked the tracking number at *****. ***** said the item had a label created and no delivery date. This is because no item was ever shipped. We are extremely disappointed in the online business model of the Home Depot. We place an order on June 7th for which they took full payment on June 12 and shipped on June 13th from Toronto and the product still has not arrived on June 19 th. It is our opinion that despite the Covid 19 situation this delay is strictly due to incompetence, for example we placed an order from.a Belgium business during the height of the crisis and the order arrived in less than 4 days despite 2 customs checks with an apology for the delay. I have been trying to communicate with Home Depot in Dorchester,ma for two months in regards to putting in vinyl flooring. The number that are given to you for connection does not lead you to an answer in the other side. When some do decide to answer the phone- I was automatically placed on holder and the call was dropped. I have at least three number for them.
