I ordered an LG refrigerator from Home Depot online on May 18, 2020. My promised delivery dat was June 19, 2020. To the date of writing this (July 7,2020) the refrigerator has not been delivered to. I have not received any contacts from Home Depot about the reason for not delivering on time. Ordered a small order on June 29th that said it would arrive to me by July 6th. I was sent an email saying it was shipped July 1st. Come the July 6th date it had yet to move, and had changed to a July 15th delivery, the label showed as created on June 30th. Be wary of buying any kind of small order from them if you value getting your item in a timely matter. Home Depot will only care to ship your item in a timely matter if it's a larger more expensive item.

I ordered an item and paid. When I called to arrange pick up the Mgr said they didn't have it. I called another store, found the item and went back to cancel the order and the store canceled my order making it impossible to get my money back on my card through PayPal. I never requested no gave permission to cancel the order. It's outside the policy and procedure and the Mgr lord and hung up. I never got my item or money. I am unable to resolve
Horrible business practice. Starting in June, I placed a 8K order for Trex fencing (Still have not received my order and we're July 6th). Product was for 5 Trex fencing panels "post sold separately". However didn't have the post listed. So I called Home Depot and was advised to contact their supplier to have the posts ordered (Sent to Trex). Ordered outdoor wicker furniture on-line from Home Depot. The cushion covers came separately because you could choose from several colors. It took 5 hours on the phone with the Customer Service Dept (mostly on Hold) over a three week period, trying to find out where the cushion covers were. Finally, after over a month and three separate deliveries, we have all the cushion covers. Ordered new refrigerator for new home on June 2 2020. It was to be delivered on July 3 2020. A day after purchase they called to say delivery company is closed on July 3 due to holiday and it would be delivered on Monday July 6 2020. When no call was received called home depot to see what time it would be delivered. After being on hold for 15 minutes got a representative who said the refrigerator would not be delivered until Friday since refrigerator did not get there in time to get on the truck for delivery. I visited Home Depot in Yonkers and was disgusted to see that my best friends rapist worked there. I contacted home depot and made them aware and asked if they completed background checks before employing people. They said they did and they'd follow up. Fast forward to earlier in the week when I once again see the same rapist at the store. I am disgusted and will no longer shop there but want people to be aware that this store does not conduct background checks on their employees.
On July 5, 2020 we went to order an EMAX compressor. Home Depot has a price matching policy so we asked them if they'd price match Northern Tool, which was $600 cheaper. Because Home Depot changes their product number to include an "H" at the beginning, they're saying it's not the same thing (after an hour of being passed around on the phone with their online customer care). Our refrigerator died so bought one at Home Depo on June 18 and I was told delivery would be on July 6. On July 5 I get a call saying that it would not be delivered until July 31. Hey executives at Home Depot how would you like this to happen to you. I have purchased many tools, tool chests and numerous home repair items but no more. There is a ****** just 1/4 mile away. GLF
