Dont do business online with Home Depot! The customer service at the 1800 number is horrible. I ordered patio furniture for an outdoor celebration I scheduled for Sep19th. I purchased a Defiant outdoor motion lite. Avoid at all costs these Defiant products. Made in China. Poor quality, and overpriced. This lite has no wiring attached and the design they use instead is horrible. The electrical junction broke off because it is a cheap piece of junk. Home Depot executives should wake up regarding these cheaply made items. There were numerous boxes on the shelf that were retaped for sale. Obviously returned previously. Home depot censors poor reviews on products that they sell. Many of their positive reviews are bought and posted from 3rd party marketing groups. Consumers beware.

I ordered am electric oven and an over the range microwave oven online and had a confirmed delivery date on September 19 between 12-4pm (order number WGXXXXXXXX). The last email I got was to confirm this date and time. This time has come and gone. No phone call, text or email was sent to me telling me the delivery would be late or indeed not happen at all. Very poor credit card consumer protection I discovered five fraudulent charges on my credit card account. All were placed with Homedepot.com. When I researched the charges, I found that they were all placed within three days in which the purchased goods went to five different states with buyers with five different names. I ordered a smart washer and dryer with pedestals that cost ~$2800. I paid in cash and the payment cleared immediately. I had been warned by the store manager that the delivery company was a third party and to check my appliances for damage before the driver left. This company is awful and unprofessional! Please do not order appliances and delivery from home depot. We ordered a new stove on September 1st. It was supposed to arrive on September 17th. The worst system EVER for account services! No connection, billed incorrectly and no one could help. Did not recognize my card number- disconnected several times! AWFUL!!!!
