I ordered 2 line items on the same order and paid the additional 79.00 for delivery. 1 item was delivered, the other was marked for in store pickup. How that happened was not my problem (I think that could have been worked out except for the store personnel attitude. I was told that the balance could be delivered in a few days for ANOTHER 79.00. The person in the store (Scott) would not even listen to me to discuss a compromise so I canceled the order. This was the Pulaski TN store

Birmingham, AL Inverness Store ******** *********** was recommended by Home Depot to do my project; tile replacement on my deck. They visited about 2 weeks before work began, to clear all details. They explained I'd have to remove my iron rails in order for the installation to begin. I largely removed them and on day one of installation, I overheard the installation team discussing that morning the difficulty of the job and asking their boss if he could "get them out of it." This place is the worst, for many reasons. I called ahead to get a gallon of paint mixed up. I went previously for interior paint and had to wait over an hour so I was trying to save some time when we ended up needing more for our new home. I was given a time for pickup and nobody actually bothered to make it. So I had to wait around anyway. On another occasion, we went in looking for a new fridge as our new home didn't have one at all. I have a receipt for online purchase from Home Depot, I have a order number WJXXXXXXXX from Home Depot, I have a fulfillment confirmation email saying my 2195.29 wash machine from Home Depot Stating that item was delivered, I have a delivery date scheduled for this date 9/29 between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm .. Home Depot 1780 NW, NE Four Acre Pl, Corvallis, OR 97330 While in the store 09/28/2020 at about 1:15pm PST, I witnessed several customers inside the store not wearing masks at all. No face shields or other PPE was being used. All of the employees appeared to be wearing facemasks, and wearing them properly. Steve Faust is the best sales support in the Appliance Department! He is knowledgeable and helped me navigate a delivery issue. Wonderful customer service and the Manager was super supportive and helped with a price adjustment. I am glad that I chose Home Depot.

I order a set of kitchen appliances - refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher and microwave on June 27, 2020. I was given a delivery date of July 20 when I ordered. As I placed the order, it was moved to early August. The reason being that the stove and fridge were available but the microwave and dishwasher were not. Then it was updated again to August 27. In this era of modern technologies and inventory tracking it is mind boggling that if you place an order for na item that shows online as in stock of 20+ qty in one store (Paramus, NJ) and in another (Nanuet, NY) as 3+ qty, to see your order twice cancelled because they are "out of stock". I am not talking a small item that can be misplaced somewhere on different shelf, but a 22 ft ladder, a very bulky item. Not a single explanation, just a text that your order is cancelled. Poor service.

Kitchen countertops cut too short, huge area of filler, sharp edges throughout. I designed my new kitchen with the help of the Home Depot kitchen designer at the Palm Coast store on Nov 10, 2019. The countertops were installed on Dec 26,2019. Upon installation, I informed the installers, Crew2, that one of the peninsula countertops was too short, by 11 inches.
