Horrible delivery service for appliances. I ordered an oven and every time it's delivery day, the delivery team made some excuse not being able to deliver the product and install it. Imagine the frustration of calling them multiple times and getting no results.
Whatever you do, don't have Home Depot deliver your appliance for you. Savannah, Georgia. This is the second day when I've been scheduled to have a washing machine and dryer delivered. Tuesday, I waited until 9pm before finding out the driver had gone home at 6pm. He just blew off my order. So the dispatch person asks for a second chance. I made a purchase for in-store pickup, the order was cancelled as it wasn't in stock but I was still charged for the purchase. As it turns out the online inventory count is inaccurate, immediately after the cancelled order and up until the writing of this comment 24+ hrs later, homedepot.com still shows the product available in the store. No consumer should need to wait for a refund on a product that has not actually been sold. Literally 2 hours into owning our BRAND NEW LG Electronics 7.4 cu. ft. Smart White Electric Vented Dryer with Sensor Dry LG dryer, it died. Two hours. Not two days...or two weeks...or even two months. Two hours. Died. Went to store, picked out window, scheduled appt for measurement, guy comes, says he cant install that $200 window, has to be $800 one with $500 for installation. Why wouldn't sales person tell me except to do a bait and switch, plus I let in 2 strangers during covid!!
I set my Home Depot credit card up for auto pay. During my time with COVID, the auto pay function on my account was cancelled by their system. My payments were counted as late and reported to the credit bureaus. On top of that, they reduced my credit limit by $7,000 further damaging my credit. Home Depot refuses to fix the problem.

I purchased appliances on June 25, and the delivery has just now been rescheduled for the 4th or 5th time to November 20. At no point has there been an apology or any attempt at customer service from Home Depot. I understand there's a high demand for appliances, but this is ridiculous. Home Depot has an inventory management system, and an order tracking system. LG knows how many of what appliances they make in a given period and where they will ship. Clarence NY store has the rudest people working in kitchen design!! They were rude right off the bat I paid 100 dollars for measurements for cabinets and still didn't receive anything over 2 weeks later no design no price no drawing so I had to demand my money back!! they mixed up my appointment time lack of communication as far as time line was unorganized was promised several times an email with a price that never came theirs was. To whom it *** concern I purchased a gas power washer online on September 25th 2020 and it was delivered October 6th 2020 severely damaged and is now leaking oil in my garage. I have emailed Home Depot customer service and they replied were not monitoring emails at the moment.
