I ordered some custom blinds on the Home Depot website. The order status showed an expected delivery data of September 22, and showed the delivery as still pending on October 18. When I used the Track Package option it showed my package had left Texas, made it to a FedEx facility in Massachusetts (where I live) and was then sent back to Texas. This is a follow up to an earlier negative post made on 10.12.2020 regarding carpet purchased from Home Depot in Carrollwood, FL. Since our post, the Branch Manager at Home Depot in Carrollwood, FL got involved to help resolve the issue and ultimately made the situation right again by agreeing to replace all the carpet areas in our house, including removal and replacement of our furniture items. Encountered a problem with a product and was not able to resolve it with the manufacturer. I contacted my local The Home Depot store in Maryville, TN, spoke with Christina *****, and she worked with me to resolve the problem. Even when the manufacturer would not respond, the retailer where it was purchased honored the warranty and handled everything professionally and very business-like. It's a shame that I can't give zero stars. This company appears to be intentionally defrauding customers by making sales and then failing to deliver products. If you read the comments here and elsewhere, you'll see that this is becoming an increasingly common problem. When the company makes a sale, do they actually intend to deliver on that sale? HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I have been for 3 weeks having been setting up appointments for them to come check out my washer I purchased a dryer & washer the brand of the washer & dryer is a Samsung I purchased it 10/05/2018 I got the 5 year warranty I've called so many times I don't know where to start anymore. The 1st time o set it up they called me to confirm my appointment but my phone was broken it was a black screen so they canceled my appointment. After closing my Home Depot credit account because of discrepancies, I'm having serious problems with paying the final balance by telephone and online. The monthly due date was (automatically) moved to an earlier date without my knowledge, putting me in risk of accruing late fees. If I try to contact them more than once in a day if there is a problem, both the website and telephone connection to them becomes totally inoperable to me. I purchased an appliance on 8/31 with a projected delivery date by 9/22. I received a call on 9/24 from a 3rd party delivery company USF Reddaway who proceeded to yell at me, curse at me and call me repeatedly while "trying to deliver the appliance" in California when I have a Texas address. Summary - Associate made a mistake mixing my paint, and Home Depot says they have no culpability for what using the defective pant caused. I'm struggling to find a resolution to my issues - I purchased a 5 gal paint bucket of a color we had picked out [Bher Silver Screen], but the associate, instead mixed a very similar color by color matching the named paint. After I pay off my credit card I will not shop there any more and I plan on canceling my card. I have pictures of a job I was forced to sign off on and it is horrible I payed 6,000 in 2018 for a new shower I install I have busted tiles holes in my wall I had to repair and they didn't seal the top of the shower which I just found by being on a ladder to paint my bathroom.
