I admit that the first order change was mine. I ordered a /48/49" vanity and sink combination then decided that the 60/61" would fit so I change the order the same day. Pretty simple: a Sterling Gray vanity, single white sink. The sink showed up at my bill to address in RI, not FL. I immediately called but it was too late to stop the vanity from making the trip to RI too. The sink came first and NSD delivery picked it up within 24 hours. Great. Park City, Utah This is the WORST Home Depot i have ever been in. First off, there are 5 people who work in customer service, including the manager, Derrick, who was standing back there and NONE of them would answer the telephone. They just let it ring and ring and ring for over an hour and a half without ever answering it. It NEVER stopped ringing. Very frustrating experience trying to get a Whirlpool washer and dryer. Everything seemed fine until the delivery day. The washer was installed without issue but the dryer was reported damaged and we didn't even see the dryer. We were informed that we would be called (not same day) to arrange the dryer delivery. We called customer service but they couldn't process anything because they needed to know the exact damage that happened, which we couldn't provide since we never saw it. On October 1. 2020 I went to the Home depot store looking for Hampton Bay blinds. I spoke with a young lady named TATYANA - who is a paint associate and SABLE- who is a Vendor. These two lady were great. They saw I was getting frustrated with how long it was taking for someone to help me. They got a supervisor too help me. His name is JAMES-ASM. This man was fantastic with helping me with my purchase. I did leave the store with a smile on my face.

HomeDepot.com has been a complete nightmare. I was a new customer, will not be ordering any products from this company again in the future. I ordered a mini washer and dryer on my first order. Dryer was deliverable and the washer I had to pick up. No big deal. Dryer was delivered out of it's manufacture outer packaging and drum did not spin. I called the local branch they could not reorder it for me. Called the online folks and was told UPS would come around and retrieve it, but it had to be repackaged as it came. I've spent thousands of dollars with Home Depot when I went to take advantage of one of their promotional offers I was refused homedepot.com stated they(Rebecca)would in fact honor the discount and get it for me as she put me on hold she spoke with her manager (Blaire N) to get approval came back and told me the manager Said in order for me to get the discount I would have to contact's Home Depot Financial Services and let them know of the situation and they wouldn't facts give me the discount with no problem. Very poor customer service. I ordered a refrigerator 8/31/2020 which showed it was available to be delivered 9/22. Nope. Didn't happen and i didn't even receive a call to tell me why. Rescheduled delivery for this Saturday, 10/3. Called the saginaw Michigan store and...nope!! Not until 12/29. Fighting to get my money back now.

This complaint is for the online order and customer service I received. I placed an order for the stylewell banwick queen bed and the order was sent to my billing address (I’m certain I entered the correct shipping address when ordering) which is in ********(I’m located in ***. I had to spend my own money to ship the bed to my home address. I assembled the bed and at the end stage realized I’m missing a leg. Forget Home Depot for your furnace replacement needs. Trane's quality is unacceptable. Installed a complete new furnace and heat pump (by Trane) Feb 2019, and July 2020 the coil in the furnace had a leak. No AC since July. Trane is unable to provide parts to support warranty service. I have been waiting 4 months and still no solution. Home Depot is unable to provide an acceptable solution.
