I am so disappointed in the level of service I have just received from The Home Depot on 11/5/20. I ordered a new LG appliance suite in September. After waiting 2 months for the back ordered items to be delivered, I realized I had ordered the wrong fridge. I called The Home Depot support immediately after this realization (not even 20 minutes after the delivery). Associate with rude attitude and try to scam me to pay 4 times of original price: After seeing people post online for a box of solar lights, the price dropped from $9.88 to $5.02, I went to home depot in emeryville CA store yesterday night to look for it. I was lucky to find 5 boxes of them but when I went to self checkout to purchase them, the lady working at self checkout helped me to scan the barcode and the price shown in the system to be 1 cent. Bought a washing machine. Thought everything was fine, but, acting on information and promises given by the employee resulted in us being denied any compensation for damages on the item. Plus the only answer they would give us (no matter what the question was) "We have a new system, We have a new system, We have a new system." In addition they sold us the item at full price even when it was on sale (later corrected after I threaten legal action). Home Depot installed French Doors for me in 2010. Since then the lock has broken twice and each time Home Depot has sent someone out to repair the lock at no charge. Could not be more satisfied with Home Depot and will continue to shop with them for home improvements.

Poor quality soft linoleum flooring and poor installation. I went to home depot to pick out and install linoleum flooring. The men who installed it left cuts in our finished flooring. All the linoleum to choose from was the same thin, soft, and poor quality. We spent $3,500 on a small kitchen, two bathrooms, and a tiny laundry room. I am not done it gets worse. I had the Homedepot near the Stockyards in Toronto help me with a kitchen remodel. After careful consideration and with help from their design department, I had the designer help me design and order Kraftmaid custom kitchen cabinets for quite a considerable cost. I had the cabinets upgraded to all wood finish where the premium materials are used and the drawers were finished using solid maple and birch veneers on the drawer bottom surfaces. Damaged before Received I never received the Landaluce Antique Dark Oak California King bed because the shippers damaged it before I received it. Home Depot refused it once it arrived to the store. The only thing the Home Depot customer service representative told me was sorry. This bed is no longer available and I could choose another one. Do not buy your appliances at Home Depot. First of all, delivery service is Terrible. Second, you have 48 hours to report issues. Think about it, you have ordered a stove, microwave, a fridge and dishwasher. You are worried about things looking good and working. You notice a week later there is no ice maker in the freezer. You then notice the dishwasher was installed incorrectly. When everything was delivered and installed, the crew "barely" spoke English. Seriously, this was a terrible experience. Do not buy appliances from Home Depot! I wish there was a minus 0 rating. I ordered a new fridge and dishwasher in May 2020. I bought additional insurance. The dishwasher started acting out within the month. Then started leaking. I call Samsung as I have a one year warranty. They come in and said nothing was wrong with it and tried to tell me to do things differently. I tried that for a few weeks, leaks again. I call.
